MooseDesk is an absolute free and a top-notch AI Helpdesk App. The Support staff (Donna) that guided me in setting up the app properly, was excellent, patient to understand the stage I got stucked and ensured the issues were solved efficiently and satisfactorily; even, when it required her requesting the support of the back-end staff. Thank you!
