Je recommande vivement MooseDesk Helpdesk ! J'ai eu la chance d'être pris en charge par Clare du service après-vente, et je dois dire que son professionnalisme m'a vraiment impressionné. Elle a été extrêmement réactive à toutes mes demandes et a su résoudre mon problème rapidement et efficacement. Clare a fait preuve d'une grande écoute et d'une patience remarquable pour bien comprendre ma situation. Ses explications étaient claires et elle m'a accompagné étape par étape jusqu'à la résolution complète de mon problème. C'est rare de nos jours de tomber sur un service client aussi qualitatif ! Bravo à Clare et à toute l'équipe MooseDesk pour ce niveau de service. Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander cette solution à mon entourage. Un grand merci encore Clare !

Verry nice app! Also its fully free to use, no popus for payement nothing. And the best part is the support, they help you instantly and make changes for you as you go. I was in contact with both Thomas and Mina and they were outstanding, going above and beyond! 5 stars if I had more to give it would be much more.

Had one small hiccup, support helped fast and pushed a hotfix to prevent future user error that created the bug I had. Support is friendly and fast and the app seems to function great. So far we are really liking Moosedesk.
