I was looking for an app that would bring the Amazon and Walmart order id's from the Additional Notes section down into a tag so it would flow through our edi systems and into our ERP. The Arigato app had the right price, was user friendly for someone who isn't a developer to use, their support team was very quick to respond and were able to help me create the workflow I needed to make it all happen. I'm so pleased this solved my issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the support I received. I would definitely recommend their app.

Arigato is the kind of app you install once and wonder how you ever ran a store without it. It automates everything from tagging orders and updating metafields to sending API calls and running complex conditional logic. If Shopify doesn’t natively support something, chances are Arigato can make it happen. The interface is clear, the documentation is solid, and the flexibility is next-level. You can build workflows that respond to almost any event, customize them with Twig, and even chain multi-step actions with sanity checks built in. It saves hours of manual work, reduces human error, and gives you control over your store’s backend in ways Shopify just doesn’t. If you’re running anything more than a basic setup, this app is a must. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the support I received from Kenny was top notch!

By far the best application for comprehensive data management. By creating a completely autonomous, fully automatised platform, I can manage thousands of products that have hundreds of metafields. I really appreciate the basically unlimited capabilities of the advanced TWIG template language and the possibility of deep AI implementation. Great technical support. Highly recommended!

One of the best apps on the Shopify App store. Apart from helping our business save tons of time by automating everything that Shopify Flow can't, the team at Bonify are super helpful and professional - all of our support tickets are resolved almost same day in most cases and we really feel they go above and beyond for their customers. Keep being awesome!

Super useful and even better — their customer support is outrageously good! Very quick to come online to help through chat, and they walk through everything if you're having trouble following the FAQs and such. Amazing!

My all-time favorite Shopify app, and one of the best values out there. We've used Arigato for 5+ years and plan to stick with this team indefinitely. Whether or not you know how to write code: if you need custom automations in your Shopify store, you NEED Arigato. Arigato saves devs time, and it opens up a world of possibilities to non-technical Shopify users. The customizability is highly granular, and the support team is responsive and very capable--making them arguably Arigato's best feature. Every time we've contacted support, a knowledgeable technical person (usually Patrick) has directly interacted with us and kindly and efficiently helped us troubleshoot our workflows and resolve any questions or issues. Because Arigato is such a powerful tool, you may experience a bit of a learning curve with the user interface at first, but support can help with this, and you'll thank yourself later for sticking with it. Go for it!

This app is absolutely incredibly, making complex workflows easy to set up and manage. Great app to automate processes, way more customizable than Flow. The support team is also very helpful, whenever we want to create a workflow and we do not know how to do it, we can email them and they will help us create the task within 24 hours. Highly recommended!
