Very effective solution for setting workflows. Patrick, Kenny, and the customer service crew are probably the best ecommerce support team we work with across our entire tech stack - always super helpful and responsive.

This app is absolutely incredibly, making complex workflows easy to set up and manage. It has saved us so much time and effort by automating processes that would otherwise take hours to complete manually. The support team goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. They’re also quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable helping you set up complex flows - would highly recommend!

Great app to automate processes, way more customizable than Flow. The support team is also very helpful, whenever we want to create a workflow and we do not know how to do it, we can email them and they will help us create the task within 24 hours. Highly recommended!

We depend on this app quite a bit and we have been able to successfully create automations that reduce employee time on reptitive tasks, saving us money! We consider the app an employee (but much cheaper)! We created basic automations, exporting reports to flow emails and more and highly recommend.

I found this App by chance after wasting a lot of time between codes and other Apps to solve the problems I had. Forget about the various Mechanic, Flow, Guru Metafield Apps (etc. I've tried tons of them), terrible in comparison. This app is brilliant and intuitive at the same time, even for complex operations. You can do anything with information, move it, edit it, update it with or without metafields, with incredible ease. Furthermore, I think I still have many features to discover. They actually solved the job for which I was losing hope. Thank you so much. You are geniuses! Ho trovato casualmente questa App dopo aver buttato moltissimo tempo tra codici e altre App per risolvere le problematiche che avevo. Lasciate perdere le varie App Mechanic, Flow, Guru Metafield, ecc. (Ne ho provate una marea), pessime in confronto. Quest'app è geniale e allo stesso tempo intuitiva, anche per operazioni complesse. Potete fare qualunque cosa con le informazioni, spostarle, modificarle, aggiornarle con o senza metafields, con una facilità incredibile. Inoltre, penso di avere ancora molte funzioni da scoprire. Veramente mi hanno risolto il lavoro per il quale stavo perdendo le speranze. Davvero Grazie. Siete dei geni!

Must have app , if you understand how it works! Took me a few days, but with the support it worked as i wanted to. I'm using Arigato now to setup a workflow that generates shipping costs (variants metafield) from variant metafield values like length, width and height. In that way i can add the shipping cost metafield value to my product costs as i have free shipping in my webshop. You can really do anything with this app and the support is very helpfull.

I LOVE THIS APP!! Literally SO easy to use and saves me a ton of time. They make it super easy to test out your workflows to validate that you set it up properly. Has made routing and tagging orders extremely straightforward for us.

For context, I spent over a decade in software engineering. I used to write big data streaming cloud applications in Java, and this app lets me accomplish so much in our shop because of the super-flexible custom actions. I can run GraphQL queries and mutations and do as much as Twig will allow - which sometimes isn't as much as I want, but the support team is unbelievably helpful when I run into a problem. They are prompt to respond, clear in their communication, and so knowledgeable. We have a small team and we literally could not succeed like we do without Arigato automations.

Fantastic. Arigato automations/capabilities go well beyond what is possible with shopify flow. Our company has been able to implement a few automations to save time & data cleaning, and we are planning a good deal more.

This app is amazing! It allows for so much customization and they provide live support as well. I only wish they would make the Basic plan available to shops that are on the Shopify plan who are still small businesses but have to be on the Shopify plan due to needing a POS system.

Our store utilises some extremely complex and advanced automations powered by Arigato. We have alot of core features that enhance our website thanks to it. Automated tagging based on inventory levels, as well as updating order tags for reporting has been a true godsend. Their support is also extremely efficient and are not afraid of jumping in to assist in flows. Highly recommend!

This did not meet our needs, so we canceled and uninstalled it. Unfortunately, they are still charging $50 per month for the canceled service.
It's impossible for us to charge you after you've uninstalled. Billing is entirely handled by Shopify. Shopify's system generated a charge before you uninstalled and the bill arrived later, after uninstalling. We have absolutely no control over how this works as this system is entirely controlled by Shopify. Please review Shopify's billing documentation for more information. Per the documentation: "Make sure that you consider app billing cycles when you plan to uninstall an app. Recurring app charges are generated the first time an app charge is approved, and then on the first day of an app’s billing cycle. Because of this, a charge will appear on your bill even if you uninstall an app only a day or two after you install it." See also https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps Please direct any questions or complaints regarding Shopify's billing practices at Shopify directly. We are required to use the system, we don't get any say in how it works. Once you uninstall, we lose access to your store entirely. You reached out to us about this issue and we did the only thing we can do, which was to manually give a refund, which we did for you without hesitation. If there is anything else within our control that we can do to rectify this, just let us know, we'd be happy to do so.
