Our store utilises some extremely complex and advanced automations powered by Arigato. We have alot of core features that enhance our website thanks to it. Automated tagging based on inventory levels, as well as updating order tags for reporting has been a true godsend. Their support is also extremely efficient and are not afraid of jumping in to assist in flows. Highly recommend!
This did not meet our needs, so we canceled and uninstalled it. Unfortunately, they are still charging $50 per month for the canceled service.
It's impossible for us to charge you after you've uninstalled. Billing is entirely handled by Shopify. Shopify's system generated a charge before you uninstalled and the bill arrived later, after uninstalling. We have absolutely no control over how this works as this system is entirely controlled by Shopify. Please review Shopify's billing documentation for more information. Per the documentation: "Make sure that you consider app billing cycles when you plan to uninstall an app. Recurring app charges are generated the first time an app charge is approved, and then on the first day of an app’s billing cycle. Because of this, a charge will appear on your bill even if you uninstall an app only a day or two after you install it." See also https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps Please direct any questions or complaints regarding Shopify's billing practices at Shopify directly. We are required to use the system, we don't get any say in how it works. Once you uninstall, we lose access to your store entirely. You reached out to us about this issue and we did the only thing we can do, which was to manually give a refund, which we did for you without hesitation. If there is anything else within our control that we can do to rectify this, just let us know, we'd be happy to do so.
Arigato is super easy to use and does exactly what we require! The team is very proactive at supporting and solving any queries we have. Would highly recommend!

Such a powerful integration. UX is great, features are great, customer support is great and knowledgable.
An absolute key app for us. Not only can you select the item/ order/ object you're interested in seeing (and get a full breakdown of the fields contained), but the preview of the information you're testing/ trying to output is essential to ensure an automation runs as intended!
I cannot rave enough about the Arigato automation app - it is an absolute must-have for any Shopify store looking to simplify operations. It has automated so many of our tasks, from sending B2B email notifications and updating customer data to managing inventory, creating custom metafields, updating collections, generating reports, the list goes on & on. The complexity of the workflows I can create is extremely impressive and has unlocked new levels of efficiency and organization in our business. The time and effort it has saved has easily paid for itself multiple times over. If you want to streamline your business and stop doing repetitive tasks manually, Arigato is simply unmatched. I know you might read this and think this is a planted review, but I promise on my life it's not. :)
This app has been a game-changer for us. We use it to transfer order data from Shopify to a Spreadsheet, from where we customise our orders. If it wasn't for Patrick and Kenny from their support team, it would be very difficult for us to have such an excellent set up, which can be quite complex with some coding involved. A huge thank you to these two superheroes - without them, we would not be leaving this review.
Bring back the Save Workflow button to make sure the code in Custom Actions saves and isn't gone forever. Happened twice now. I told you the first time and it's still doing it. Again, it wasn't a page reload and even if it was then it would have saved before after pressing the Save Workflow button. I've now seen that the useful thing on the right hand side to search for functions now covers over the code. As soon as it opens in front of the code it's immediately obvious that this is a regression.

I cannot rave about this app and the support team enough. Kenny is my usual expert. This app is absolutely essential for your shopify store. And don't worry, if you struggle with anything technical, these guys are extremely efficient and have achieved things I'd never thought possible. They automate my business and save me hours upon hours of labor. I don't think I've even scraped the surface of this apps capabilities.
This is an important app that provides reminders of essential parts of your order or inventory. Also, the feedback from the employees is very fast, so I really recommend it.

There is a degree of clunkiness to the UI, and creating workflows can be a tedious task. Certain actions don't give sufficient debug information when they encounter errors. Could use improve realtime metrics to show what workflows are active. That aside, this app is hands down the MOST IMPORTANT app that I have installed. It is hugely powerful, and can save an immense amount of time. There are so many different things that you can automate, and it can be dangerously addictive when you discover a new feature and just HAVE to implement it immediately. Some of the things that I have built that I find incredibly useful: - Discount scheduling (achieved with metafields) - Scheduled error checking - warning emails sent to me if something is misconfigured - Product description generation based on metafields

200% recommended! Seriously, you never know you needed Arigato until you actually use it. It is one of the most versatile and powerful tool on Shopify. Especially when you are upscaling your store, you wouldn't want to do every repetitive task by hand. Do utilise the 14-day free trial to try it out. Awesome support, tell then your problem, they always come up with great solutions. It is also educational. Now I know more about data extractions on Shopify.
App is very versatile - I have by far to most customization abilities & flexibility with this workflow app. I have tried every single workflow automation app on the market and this one definitely gives me the most flexibility to really set up complex automations. Design and UX is probably not the most attractive, but considering the large amount of functions it is easy to get a hold of. Support answers fast via email, is friendly and gets the problems solved. Nice job guys! I like the app!
Amazing tool! Amazing service! This needs to be on everyones website. The Arigato team is always available to help, they reply in 24 hours and go in and actually create or modify your workflows which saves time and headaches. I've yet to explore all of the amazing options available with Arigato but the 4 workflows I do use are well worth the cost.
We have been using Arigato to setup automated workflows since we went live on Shopify. Amazing support and they truly have the solution for any issues you might face. Recommended!
Arigato is a super easy to use app. It allows what we feel is the correct amount of flexibility for doing a bunch of basic event driven tasks.
