Excellent support to help deliver fulfilment workflows, would highly recommend!

There is a degree of clunkiness to the UI, and creating workflows can be a tedious task. Certain actions don't give sufficient debug information when they encounter errors. Could use improve realtime metrics to show what workflows are active. That aside, this app is hands down the MOST IMPORTANT app that I have installed. It is hugely powerful, and can save an immense amount of time. There are so many different things that you can automate, and it can be dangerously addictive when you discover a new feature and just HAVE to implement it immediately. Some of the things that I have built that I find incredibly useful: - Discount scheduling (achieved with metafields) - Scheduled error checking - warning emails sent to me if something is misconfigured - Product description generation based on metafields

200% recommended! Seriously, you never know you needed Arigato until you actually use it. It is one of the most versatile and powerful tool on Shopify. Especially when you are upscaling your store, you wouldn't want to do every repetitive task by hand. Do utilise the 14-day free trial to try it out. Awesome support, tell then your problem, they always come up with great solutions. It is also educational. Now I know more about data extractions on Shopify.

App is very versatile - I have by far to most customization abilities & flexibility with this workflow app. I have tried every single workflow automation app on the market and this one definitely gives me the most flexibility to really set up complex automations. Design and UX is probably not the most attractive, but considering the large amount of functions it is easy to get a hold of. Support answers fast via email, is friendly and gets the problems solved. Nice job guys! I like the app!

Amazing tool! Amazing service! This needs to be on everyones website. The Arigato team is always available to help, they reply in 24 hours and go in and actually create or modify your workflows which saves time and headaches. I've yet to explore all of the amazing options available with Arigato but the 4 workflows I do use are well worth the cost.

Not sure how we lived without this app. Its a must have for large inventories, saves us a phenomenal amount of time and effort. The support team was fantastic and can not recommend this highly enough. Thank you!!!

The metafield automations are not as easy to use as other apps which are a LOT cheaper (tag genie for example which is $5 a month). The customer support team take ages to get back to you and now that I want to discontinue my account with them, there is no way to do it in the app, so I have to request this from them. I would not recommend as cheaper, better and easier to use services are out there.

I've been looking for ways to help automate a lot of our admin-heavy processes. Been using Zapier for a few years, but found their access to more granular aspects of the Shopify API missing or extremely difficult to work with. I tested out Arigato based on the positive reviews and I've achieved so much more than I initially thought was possible. There is a bit of a steep learning curve and it felt a bit overwhelming when I started out. However, there is a library of some very useful workflows to either use, or check out how they are set-up to better understand the logic. The tool is excellent. It really is. But what has made it stand out has been the support. I've reached out to Bonify (the app developers) more than once for help and advice and they have been brilliant (special thanks to Patrick!). Not only have they been able to help me when I've been stuck in some of my Workflow set-ups, they provided example workflows to make it easier to learn how to better execute future ones on my own. Spending the days upfront to get these workflows in place is going to save my team weeks and months of admin time which is now automated in the background. One of the best Shopify Apps I've used for both functionality and support.

I've used Arigato on a couple different sites and its miles ahead of Shopify Flow. In fact, often times I've found Shopify's support suggests Arigato as they seem to often have difficulty navigating their own tool, where in the odd occasion that I haven't been able to find our configure an already-build flow from Arigato's easy to navigate library, their support team has something built out for me with explanations included within a few hours to a day. Would love to give a full 5 stars but I find the arbitrary increase in pricing for Shopify Plus users a bit of an offensive trend in Shopify developers. Increasing the price of an app based on another subscription and not usage is pretty painful and if Shopify ever managed to actually build out Flows competently I'd likely have to set Arigato aside due to the price point.

After yet another 5-star customer service experience with Bonify, I'm compelled to edit this review and reiterate that I just can't recommend this app highly enough! Arigato is basically the swiss army knife of your Shopify store. It's what Shopify Flow should be, but isn't. Arigato is much more versatile and powerful. Here are just a few things we've done with it: -Tag In-Stock orders so we can easily ship them each day (we have a lot of made-to-order products that can't be shipped immediately) -Tag made-to-order products with an expected ship week -Sign customers who accept marketing to our Mailchimp list -Hide auto-generated Custom Product Builder products from internal search and google - this is invaluable if you use a customizer app that creates products for every variation ordered. -Send order data to google sheets - we use this for all sorts of production and materials planning -Many more! One caveat is that I have a background in coding, which helps with the more complicated tasks. But the support when I have had questions has been excellent so I think the app would still be valuable for anyone.

Very powerful app and amazing support team! I highly recommend. I use Arigato on all of my shops, it's been so useful and unlocks the full potential of Shopify when you do not have the Plus plan. I use it to automatically tag products, show most recent best sellers, updated customs metafields, bulk email customers about temporary issues. When I contact the team for help to create workflows, they will respond within 24 hours and often offer to fix the workflow for me (instead or referring me to the knowledge base). It's a must-have app for me and all of my stores.

I use this application daily to update the metafields of my products at Shopify. It works fast and precise and the data is easy to work with. The only con I have is that there's no method to automate the import of files inside the app. Other than that I'm really happy with its performance.

This app has been a HUGE help in updating all of the metafields in our store. This task would have taken forever if I had to do it manually. So thankful that we found Arigato. Also, the customer support is AMAZING! I sent an email about something I needed help with, and they responded within a few hours with a custom coded solution! 10/10 would recommend!
