I've been looking for ways to help automate a lot of our admin-heavy processes. Been using Zapier for a few years, but found their access to more granular aspects of the Shopify API missing or extremely difficult to work with. I tested out Arigato based on the positive reviews and I've achieved so much more than I initially thought was possible. There is a bit of a steep learning curve and it felt a bit overwhelming when I started out. However, there is a library of some very useful workflows to either use, or check out how they are set-up to better understand the logic. The tool is excellent. It really is. But what has made it stand out has been the support. I've reached out to Bonify (the app developers) more than once for help and advice and they have been brilliant (special thanks to Patrick!). Not only have they been able to help me when I've been stuck in some of my Workflow set-ups, they provided example workflows to make it easier to learn how to better execute future ones on my own. Spending the days upfront to get these workflows in place is going to save my team weeks and months of admin time which is now automated in the background. One of the best Shopify Apps I've used for both functionality and support.

This is an awesome plugin and support is very friendly and good. They helped us to setup some automations that any other plugin was capable of.

I've used Arigato on a couple different sites and its miles ahead of Shopify Flow. In fact, often times I've found Shopify's support suggests Arigato as they seem to often have difficulty navigating their own tool, where in the odd occasion that I haven't been able to find our configure an already-build flow from Arigato's easy to navigate library, their support team has something built out for me with explanations included within a few hours to a day. Would love to give a full 5 stars but I find the arbitrary increase in pricing for Shopify Plus users a bit of an offensive trend in Shopify developers. Increasing the price of an app based on another subscription and not usage is pretty painful and if Shopify ever managed to actually build out Flows competently I'd likely have to set Arigato aside due to the price point.
Please reach out to the support team to open a discussion regarding pricing. They are able to review on a case by case basis. Our general pricing is based on our historical data that indicates larger stores send a heavier load and have more challenging support requests, even if they're not doing many actions. It's not a perfect concept. I'm glad you like the app, but we also want customers to feel like it's fairly priced for their situation. Let's talk! :)

After yet another 5-star customer service experience with Bonify, I'm compelled to edit this review and reiterate that I just can't recommend this app highly enough! Arigato is basically the swiss army knife of your Shopify store. It's what Shopify Flow should be, but isn't. Arigato is much more versatile and powerful. Here are just a few things we've done with it: -Tag In-Stock orders so we can easily ship them each day (we have a lot of made-to-order products that can't be shipped immediately) -Tag made-to-order products with an expected ship week -Sign customers who accept marketing to our Mailchimp list -Hide auto-generated Custom Product Builder products from internal search and google - this is invaluable if you use a customizer app that creates products for every variation ordered. -Send order data to google sheets - we use this for all sorts of production and materials planning -Many more! One caveat is that I have a background in coding, which helps with the more complicated tasks. But the support when I have had questions has been excellent so I think the app would still be valuable for anyone.

I use this application daily to update the metafields of my products at Shopify. It works fast and precise and the data is easy to work with. The only con I have is that there's no method to automate the import of files inside the app. Other than that I'm really happy with its performance.

This app has been a HUGE help in updating all of the metafields in our store. This task would have taken forever if I had to do it manually. So thankful that we found Arigato. Also, the customer support is AMAZING! I sent an email about something I needed help with, and they responded within a few hours with a custom coded solution! 10/10 would recommend!

This app has been a GAME CHANGER for me and my business. We've saved tons of time automating some of our workflows (not to mention money) and everything has been running super smoothly. The support team are incredible. Nothing was too hard or unachievable. Special shout out to Kenny for working his magic and making everything work!

Outstanding app that's allowing me to add exciting rewards products for customers. I'm sure there is more I'll be able to do with it. Customer service is above and beyond, every time. I always get a reply and real help in a short period of time. I only wish I'd discovered Arigato before I set off on a long and pricey journey of custom software for my site.

Het automatisch taggen is echt geweldig. Wel veel werk eenmalig, maar daarna heel vele profijt er van. De support helpt me ook erg snel en goed. Geld dubbel en dwars waard!

This is the most robust and valuable app we've ever installed. We're using it to pull "Fulfillment Notes" from the product metafield over to the order page to remind fulfillment staff about important product details that are easily forgotten. We're also using to pull Customer Notes over to the notes that they place with important notes. And we've found a wide variety of other useful automations in their library we did not even know we needed. Customer support was super helpful.

This app saves me a lot of time handling all my manual tasks automatically. I have no coding skills and i got it to work. The support is amazing and quick to help out when needed! The only downside of the app is that i cant use it in my everyday life for other boring tasks, such as cleaning, cooking etc. But for Shopify its amazing!

This is an absolute essential for our store now! When you have thousands of products like us, there is no way we could do all the things Arigato let us do, without Arigato! You can do EVERYTHING imaginable, that shopify allows you to do. Other automation/bulk edit tools alway lack in certain areas, so you need to supplement with other apps. With Arigato you can consolidate everything into 1 app. It´s like a superhero version of Shopify Flow. (And it integrates with Shopify flow aswell). Have an idea for a workflow, but unsure about how to execute the setup? Reach out to support and they´ll create an immaculate workflow for your needs. Deserves the 5 stars!!! Only drawback would be is when you have many workflows combined with thousands of products it can cause long queue´s (longer time to have all actions performed). But i suspect it wouldn´t be possible to expand capacity here even if they wanted to. And I´m sure if you reach out to support, they´ll happily help you remove inefficiency´s in your workflows, that causes long queues. <3 Arigato

We have been working with Arigato Automation for almost a year now and are more than satisfied. The customer service is always supportive and the app offers more possibilities than Shopify Flow. Great performance!
