We have been working with Arigato Automation for almost a year now and are more than satisfied. The customer service is always supportive and the app offers more possibilities than Shopify Flow. Great performance!

Did exactly what I needed it to (tag customers by cc provider). Their support team is super helpful + responsive and even set up the flow for me.

By accident I selected this app for small task - create Trello task receiving the Order in Shopify. I am sure that there are other apps on the market, but for all this time (3 month) I haven't got any cause to look for smth. Basic flows (one-side) are really simple to do. But I set up two-side integration Shopify <->Trello with help Kenny and Patrick. These guys are brilliant, they answered all mu question and even provide some code to help me to do that. Excellent app and amazing customer service is 5 from 5 for sure!

I use this app to assign tags from metafields. I think I'll be using it for many more things to come. Very friendly. Code reference is extremely helpful.

Really powerful app but there Plan are based on Shopify plan .. so more you pay on Shopify more you will pay on this app and still have the same functionality .. I just dont get it
Reach out to our support team and we can review your situation and come up with a fair price for your situation. :) The thinking is that stores on higher Shopify plans are busier and add more load to our systems to process the traffic, even if they're not doing more actions. It's not perfect, but using the Shopify store plan is usually a good metric for how much load a store will add. We tried straight "per-action" pricing early on and everyone hated it because they couldn't predict the bill. Every billing model has drawbacks, but we're open to negotiation and discussion.

This app is awesome .... you can achieve all your workflows in a simple way. Their support is spot on too.... I've asked them for help 2 or 3 times and have always been available and have answered my questions immediately. So far, I can' t fault it!

Amazing customer Service Patrick is so helpful and with this app, I am able to create so many automations that makes my life so much easier. I used it for clients years ago and now using it on my own store keep up the good work everyone.

I used this app to setup a pre-order functionality, automate order tagging and mark events as passed or upcoming by setting up an HTTP workflow with book that app API. The support center is amazing, so quick to respond and very thorough. Truly amazing app. A great solution for those of us who can't afford to upgrade to Shopify Plus.

The support from this team is the best I have experienced for a long time. I have had multiple issues with my ability to write complex scripts, but the team has stepped without any delay or hesitation and assisted with finalising my automation. Their base templates to start from have helped solve many of my automation requirements. I have no hesitation recommending this app and will be installing it on my expansion stores.

Perfect app to automatize a lot of processes. Smooth integration with slack, gmail, google spread sheets and many more. Highly recommended! Especially the big library gives also beginners and non-coders easy access for quick implementations. Very quick support for individual questions also!
