I've been looking for an app like this for a long time. Always wanted to have Shopify Flow and simply automate tasks around the store. Arigato app took this to next level enabling us to automate a lot of manual stuff like generating SKUs for new products, cancelling orders after X days if the payment is still pending or tag orders with gateway name. Great app, thank you.

I love this app! There are so many things you can automate that Shopify Flow does not do. We're able to set metafields based on inventory changes, send backups to GoogleDrive, send emails based on unlimited API events, capture Payments based on a ton of criteria, and so much more I haven't even explored. If you're looking to make your life easier, I highly recommend this app! *Updated 11/10 because I *have to* shout out their amazing support team (especially Patrick)! They respond very quickly (usually within hours), and it's no first tier support that just copies and pastes help sections. They really know their app, and Shopify's API. There hasn't been an issue they haven't been able to solve for us. Truly great service, and a truly great app!

We integrated this app to manage follow up emails for our customer base - that alone is the value of the product. It offers so much more that we will put to use as well. A truly smart integration allowing for much more control of the processes you can perform within Shopify.

I was using zapier before, but it costs more that this tool. Also this tool is more oriented towards shopify, which I need... I was using zapier only to automate shopify before, so it makes sense to switch to agrigato. Another good thing is that I can fulfil orders automatically now. I have lots of digital orders(buyers get instant download link), but some physical ones also, and before I had to manually fulfil digital ones so they wouldn't clutter my orders page, but I had to be careful to not mistakenly fulfil physical order, until it was time to do so. This app fixes that.

I'm new to Shopify, and the developer for the Bonify Apps have been a tremendous help. We don't have a web developer on staff, and this team has helped me with some advanced problems. This automation app is a must have for any store that needs custom fields and automatic triggers/actions. Thanks!

This app is AMAZING! We had a unique situation to run a festival with multiple vendors and a single curbside pickup location. This app let us email and text our vendors based on a customer's selected pickup time. Vendors are able to see only the items they need to fulfill even if other vendors are part of the order. Thank you, thank you for such a great app.

This app is amazing. I was looking for a way to email a specific message to customers after they purchased a specific item. It also put the data in a google sheet so that I can give access to coworkers who don't need access to Shopify. Great app, well worth the money.

Arigato Automation has been a game changer for us allowing us to automate things like a welcome email to new customers, a customer delivery details email, copy order comments to customer notes, add and remove tags from certain orders on a schedule. At this point, it's hard to imagine how we'd run our business without it. The amount of automation and filters available is incredible. Great support too, highly recommended.

Shopify does not send out notifications to customers when you mark an order as paid. I had tons of customers emailing us to ask if we received their payments and had to check for each person and reply to them which became so time consuming. I then got Arigato and set up a workflow to automatically trigger an email to say “thank you we have received your payment” each time I mark an order paid. Best $25 ever spent. I wish I knew about this app sooner as I could have saved so much time. Service is AMAZING. The team responds to every email and goes out of their way to help. Highly recommended. Looking forward to see what other things I can do with it now

This app has saved us hundreds of hours (aka $$$) with automating customer service workflows and I feel like we've barely scratched the surface. The team is super responsive and has helped us create automations that we (frankly) thought were impossible. Probably the best app I can think of for a SMB that's strapped for time and resources but wants big impact.

This app is absolutely fantastic. With the ability to use workflows with subworkflows and hit Shopify's API, you can automate just about anything within Shopify. Bonify has built an awesome app and whenever I've had questions, their team has been quick to respond. If you're having issues on the back-end related to fulfillment, notifications, order tagging, or anything back-end related that Shopify doesn't solve exactly the way you need it to, this app can help you do it.

Responsive and helpful team, this tool is very powerful and will do things that Shopify Flow cannot even do! The team is always innovating and comes up with new ways workflows. I use it to get alerts for orders with PO box addresses, high risk orders, send alerts to customers when their orders take more than 7 days to prepare. I combine the automatic tags with the free app Shopsync and Mailchimp to send very personalized emails follow ups. I also use it to tag customers based on their spendings so they can use special discounts.
