Arigato Automation

Recently created some automations using this app which has saved my team hours of work. The support team helped us with some custom coding which is amazing due to our limited technical knowledge. This software is amazing!

This app is a must-have. Automation options are endless and it can serve teams with various skill levels. Our store is fully automated using Arigato. We started with a couple simple automation rules and progressively went to more complex ones. It's being constantly improved. It works flawlessly and customer support is top-notch.

Amazing app. It's easy to understand and leads you step by step in a consistent way no matter what you are trying to do. The level of automation is almost unbelievable and we'll do things we thought only a developer could do for us. The test site is helpful in identifying problems as you're learning to create automations. Fantastic support site with a huge breadth and depth of help topics.

The team here with Arigato Automation is fantastic. I had some fairly specific workflows that needed to use the Shopify API, tagging and Google sheets. They were very communicative and wanted to understand the end goal. It's been up and running for a couple weeks and I couldn't be happier to not have to do any of this manually. If you're trying to accomplish something that seems far out of Shopify's reach, use Arigato.

Lots of possibilities. Amazing support. The creator helped me think through potential solutions to a problem, both inside the app and out. At first I thought the app was a little pricing for what I originally wanted to achieve with it, but I later realized that it creates a ton of potential avenues for value.

Awesome app - we depend on it for so many automation processes and we keep developing new ones - no programming skills required. And the support and development team is fantastic - the app keeps getting better and they are always available to help with anything we need - highly recommended!

Honestly, this app is so good that it is hard to believe it is available at the price point that it is at. We've tried other tools, but none of them speak Shopify's language as well as this app does. Their other apps are super reliable, too!

Do not use this app. When you switch to Shopify Plus, they increase the price and charge $100/month for each of your store even if you just need a few triggers per month for the exact same services as before switching to Shopify Plus. Now, I need to find an alternative solution, so don't make the same mistake. In addition to that, they did not even bother to reply to my emails after this unacceptable price increase.

Very complete app. Has all the features described. They helped me set up the file exactly as needed.

This app helps with inventory communication for our organization! We get slack messages to our ops team when item counts are low, automatic real-time inventory updates and much much more. Their support team is amazing as well!

This is one of my favorite apps in my shop. Not just for the functionality, but the superb customer support. Thanks for helping make administrative tasks more manageable.

This app is fantastic, and as it grows could be the single best app for automation in the store. I used this app to automate our product uploads. I can set the Google Shopping categories, some of my product tags, and set the handle and meta titles. The app's customer services and development team are very responsive and available for live chat during business hours. I had some alterations, and they helped me set less than 24-hours of my original email.

I didnt know support could be this good. I needed to mass delete products. Webchat had it done and built in less than 30 minutes. excited to see how much this will improve our site.

I came from Zapier, and I was quickly impressed. Having the ability to run instant automation is really key, especially for us since we are an on-demand service provider. Support took minutes, and not the hours that I was expecting. I'm now taking a look at their other apps based on the quality of the Arigato app.

Nice work with this app! I'd been wrestling with Zapier for ages, trying to get it to port orders' line times from Shopify to Trello, but I was up and running in a matter of minutes with your app. Thanks for making it. It's very much appreciated!

We're using the app to automatically tag orders with a custom attribute that we've added in the back-end in order to help us do order searches (an attribute we would not have otherwise been able to search) by that data. John Carbone from the Arigato team has been really helpful and quick to assist. Highly recommend!

I asked the team for a custom workflow and within 24 hours (wasn't even a customer yet) they whipped it up. Upon importing the new workflow to our shopify store, it was all set up! This automation is saving us huge time and money and with Arigato it's been easy and smooth. Their support team is available and responds inside of a business day. Great app so far, and stellar customer service! They also walked me through a fairly sophistication notification set up. I had a chat open with their staff for a good 45 minutes and they were there throughout, stayed super on top of it, and were very patient with me (not the savviest tech-wise). Highly recommend them!

This is the most useful (and fun to use) app I use on my store!! It does exactly what it says plus also really easy to use in ways and to automate repetitive things I do every day. I was originally going to have a private app created to solve these problems though as Mr Arigato allowed me to solve these problems elegantly this is no longer necessary. I also found the customer support from the developers to be above and beyond any other app I've used (and I've used quite a number in my time - haha). They even added the ability to create a redirect to the order status page url so customers can go to a shortened URL and be redirected to the right spot. This is definitely worth trying and as far as I know the only app that allows you to automate your website.
