I contacted their live support team multiple times regarding printing invoices on A5 paper. Each time, I was told the necessary adjustments would be made shortly, but no updates or changes were provided. As a new user, I was expecting more proactive support. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up has been disappointing and has added unnecessary stress while managing my store.

Une super application qui fonctionne très bien et enfin une app qui gère aussi les commandes brouillons qu'on peut utiliser pour faires des devis. Une équipe sérieuse et qui réponds au demande rapidement et professionnellement. Bravo pour votre travail!

I used MS Order Printer to add an invoice download link to Shopify’s native order confirmation email, and also added an invoice download button to both the Thank you and order status pages using the theme customiser block. Setup was straightforward and everything worked as expected. Tip: you may need to enable Shopify’s new customer accounts for the order status page block to appear. Support was very helpful too : )

Their interface is intuitive, with several customisable templates that are easy to understand and use. I also appreciated being able to print draft orders when needed. On top of that, their support team was quick to respond and genuinely helpful when I reached out.
