MS Order Printer ‑ PDF Invoice

Great app! We were experiencing issues with a previous invoicing app that offered very limited customisation, so we decided to give MS Order Printer a try. The custom template options were great, although we did need a little help from the Magestore Support team to get everything set up exactly how we wanted. Their response and turnaround were fantastic, with our template tailored to our requirements and sorted the very same day we requested it. That in itself is a refreshing change compared to many other shopify app support teams, where you're often left waiting 24-48 hours for a generic AI response, followed by even more waiting for an actual fix.. The best feature for us is the ability to add a Download Your Invoice (.PDF) link directly into our Shopify order confirmation emails. This has significantly reduced the number of customers emailing us to request copies of their invoices. It's also available straight from the customer login area, giving customers another easy way to access and download their invoices when needed. We also use the Refund template for generating a Refund invoice for the businesses that need the digital copy of it. Although we don't use every feature available on this app, it's already saved us a considerable amount of time, and the invoices themselves look great. We also use MS Order Printer for packing slips for our dropshipping clients. We've been able to create a customised packing slip that doesn't display our own business information, making it ideal for orders being shipped directly to their customers. Overall, a great app that does exactly what we need, with excellent support from the Magestore team. :)

Great support from Ivy and the technician! They helped customize our invoice template to pull Shopify product type into the description field and adjusted the table column position exactly as we requested. The template works perfectly. Highly recommend MS Order Printer.

I was very happy to find this App sometime ago and was one of the early users. I never got round to leaving a review, but now I have time to share my experience. Initial setup was very easy and customisation simple. It integrates straight into Shopify with no issues. Ivy also helped me today set up a custom template and the changes she helped make were perfect. A great app with excellent after installation support.
