I contacted their live support team multiple times regarding printing invoices on A5 paper. Each time, I was told the necessary adjustments would be made shortly, but no updates or changes were provided. As a new user, I was expecting more proactive support. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up has been disappointing and has added unnecessary stress while managing my store.
