Would change my stock levels randomly. I over sold stock and it kept changing my pictures randomly

Outstanding app and customer service. I was uncertain about integrating a new store and reached out to support. Safouh not only guided me through the entire setup process but was incredibly patient—taking time across four meetings over three days to ensure I had everything right. The failure of the 'Multi-Store Sync Power' app is staggering, and even worse, I was paying $29 for two separate subscriptions to run this service. The app's core promise—reliable, multi-store inventory synchronization—failed catastrophically. Despite following every setup guide and establishing my main Shopify store as the undisputed primary source, the app malfunctioned and immediately set all inventory quantities in my main shop to zero (0). Paying a combined $58 per month for this app resulted only in financial damage: thousands of dollars in lost sales and over 3 hours of frantic, manual data recovery using the Inventory Adjustment History. The risk of paying for two subscriptions only to have the synchronization destroy the inventory on the master store is unacceptable. Avoid this app until the developer can ensure its core syncing function is stable and does not wipe critical business data

I am writing this review immediately after uninstalling this app. Despite following the setup guides precisely and setting my main Shopify store as the primary inventory source, the 'Multi-Store Sync Power' app instantly and inexplicably set my entire inventory quantity to zero (0) across all products and variants in my primary shop. This was a catastrophic failure. It took me over 3 hours of manual effort to check the Inventory Adjustment History for every product and restore the stock levels. This operational loss, combined with the lost sales that occurred while my store incorrectly showed zero stock, cost my business thousands of dollars. An app designed to simplify inventory management should never be capable of such widespread, destructive data loss on the primary source store. I strongly caution all merchants: Do not use this app until the developer can definitively guarantee this fundamental and financially damaging bug is resolved. It is a risk not worth taking

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that the product data sync was set to use the Main store as the source. However, the inventory sync has its own separate configuration, and in this section the setting was set to Minimal. While this separation can feel confusing at first, many merchants rely on having independent controls for product data and inventory, as it gives them greater flexibility in managing different workflows. We have also reached out to you directly via email with a clear explanation and a detailed plan to ensure a completely safe setup if you decide to give the app another try. The steps we shared are tailored specifically to your stores and use case. And please be aware that while the applications are installed, we are able to reverse the changes made by the apps if necessary. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we are already working on improving the onboarding guidance and UX to make these distinctions easier to understand for everyone. We’ve been using this application for a few years now, and I can confidently say it’s been a total game-changer for our business. Safouh is the best! You never see customer help have as much technical knowledge as we did here. The app has resolved our multi store inventory management issues, and it's so far been super seamless!! Saved me a ton of money compared to some of the inventory platforms out there.

Safouh was absolutely AMAZING at providing us with support on installing the app. We had some questions and he immediately set up a Google Meet call to help us set up the app. He was super patient and thorough - walking us through how every single step and ensuring that we understood how the app works so we could use it easily. The app does what it says on the tin and makes life a lot easier. The support is also great when you cannot figure something out. Once everything is set up correctly, it just hums along and you don't have to worry about it.

This app is soooo usefull and the support team always here to help when we need it. When I looked for an app to synch stock from our D2C to our B2B website, this was the only one capable of synchronizing any stock status including reserved units.
