Multi‑Store Sync Power

App goes down erratically and causes issues with our inventory sync. If you are high SKU and high traffic store then even a 30 mins of app downtime can cause a havoc with inventory. Our store sync was down for more than 6 hours. In this day and age an essential service being down for 6 hours is a joke. Developer team is in Australia with no contact number listed or support allocated for customers in European time zones. No references for the company egnition or developers working at egnition found on LinkedIn, twitter or github. Makes us wonder if our store is in safe hands. Irresponsible? OR secretive? Stay away from the app if you are heavily reliant on store sync in (near) real time.

See Updates below: Original Review: The app is great, all the features are very nice but lacks on what it should do best. Found multiple issues during syncs including using their fail safes. Creating an order on one store and deleting an order with the exact same items on another .. Causes inventory issues. Recommend the use of a better algorithm. Recommend providing Master slave store configuration (one way syncing). Love what you did with the prices, but give us more options for us who work the prices from the cost.. Say allow selecting the cost as the basis for the Price (cost-plus) Update 1: Upgraded to 4 star from their great support. Once a solution is found will update Update 2: After giving the team the details and ways to replicate the issue. The team took action and updated their app and fixed the remainder issues. This app does its job perfectly. I have tried several similar apps but this is truly the best. The synchronization of the inventory takes place in real time and does not miss a beat. The value for money is excellent, and above all the customer care is impeccable fast and efficient, the guys have always proved available even in the case of my personalization request they are working hard to add the new function to the app in a very short time

Just an update to my 2020 review - still a great app and no issues whatsoever. Thanks to Vishal for sorting a problem very quickly as I had turned off syncing and couldn't remember how it was set up! Great customer service which makes all the difference. We had a few hiccups at the start but Vlad and Tom were quick to reply as it is sometimes a bit difficult to get your head round different locations and what fields sync. Easy to use and straightforward app.

This app does exactly what it says it does. Just don't jump on trying to use it ASAP. First, you need to fully understand what it can do and how it can do it. On another note, kudos to the developer for responding to questions on the weekend, this is very rare with other developers. Fred

Easy to navigate and use the app. I use this to sync the inventories in my two websites. The auto-syncing helps a lot to manage the stock level in two different websites! Highly recommend it.

I used this app to sync the inventory between my wholesale and retail websites. The customer service is extremely responsive. My favorite feature is that you can set a price rule for the sync, for example my retail site products are 2x the price of the matching wholesale product and it makes this a seamless process

Seems to be a solid build. I tested several other apps. This one performs best for our use case with 3 stores and each one in a different language.

We have used the app couple of months and after small configuring it seems to work well with four different shops.

Perfect app for me! I used to have 1 multilanguage shop, but to take things to the next level I seperated them into 2 stores. I use this app so sync all my products stock between my English and Dutch shop. Easy setup and very good interface!

Does what we need it to do. Syncs stock inventory between a few different connected stores. Support has also been really quick and helpful when required.

Use this on my store to push stock updates etc to my child stores. Saves a lot of manual work. Would recommend.

This app changed all my inventory levels, customers started buying items that were out of stock. I had to close down the store for an hour! We now need to spend HOURS counting stock again! AVOID!!!
