This app provides a search option based on KM radius, but it doesn’t work properly if you don’t know the store name. If there are 100+ store locations and the user wants to filter or select a store using KM or pincode, it’s not possible because it always shows a “No data found” error. Even the support team doesn’t have a solution for this, as they don’t consider it a bug or a missing feature. So, this app might work for users with 1–2 store locations, but if you have 50–100+ store locations, it won’t function properly.
Thank you for your feedback. We checked your store setup and found that the latitude and longitude were not generated correctly due to a geocoding issue. Because the system saved them as “0,0,” the app can’t locate your store or display results based on KM or pincode.
