This app provides a search option based on KM radius, but it doesn’t work properly if you don’t know the store name. If there are 100+ store locations and the user wants to filter or select a store using KM or pincode, it’s not possible because it always shows a “No data found” error. Even the support team doesn’t have a solution for this, as they don’t consider it a bug or a missing feature. So, this app might work for users with 1–2 store locations, but if you have 50–100+ store locations, it won’t function properly.
Thank you for your feedback. We checked your store setup and found that the latitude and longitude were not generated correctly due to a geocoding issue. Because the system saved them as “0,0,” the app can’t locate your store or display results based on KM or pincode. The app is extremely slow and often unresponsive. Additionally, map locations are showing up in the open sea, which is frankly absurd. To make matters worse, the support communication has been terrible—we had to wait 7 days for a response. This has been a complete waste of time.
First of all I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused and for the late response. Every review is important to us. As I can see you have an issue with the geo coding API to not get the lang and long of the address to pin it in the map. Stopped working and shopify sent a notice that they were shutting it down. .
Thank you for your review, all feedback is important to us and we’re sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience. We already update our application which is compatible with the NEW API. Here I notice that in your google map API there is an error. You have to add your billing with map API to display the map properly. Once you add your google map API with billing in our app then everything is working fine.
