If you get stuck, ask the technical team using the chat feature and they will be super prompt and help solve your issue.
This app provides a search option based on KM radius, but it doesn’t work properly if you don’t know the store name. If there are 100+ store locations and the user wants to filter or select a store using KM or pincode, it’s not possible because it always shows a “No data found” error. Even the support team doesn’t have a solution for this, as they don’t consider it a bug or a missing feature. So, this app might work for users with 1–2 store locations, but if you have 50–100+ store locations, it won’t function properly.
Thank you for your feedback. We checked your store setup and found that the latitude and longitude were not generated correctly due to a geocoding issue. Because the system saved them as “0,0,” the app can’t locate your store or display results based on KM or pincode. Very helpful customer support, we had an issue bulk uploading 3000+ locations and they quickly helped us to sort out the issue and its all working great now. Thanks for your excellent help.

Took a bit to set up but the provided instructions walk you through everything well. The integration was a bit glitchy but rectified with prompt app support by Chirag Patel. A reasonable price for product.

So I figured out there is a bug with the plugin, where when you setup your store locator page, if you are using the "store locator" page template, it ends up displaying completely wrong addresses and coordinates and none of your correct info displays. I reset the page template to just a default page, and now my addresses and maps are all correct. Check that out if you're having issues.
