Initially experienced some delays in support response and the issue with digital product download links showing '0kb' was concerning for our live marketplace. However, after escalating, the Webkul team reached out promptly, resolved the core download link issue, and arranged a live session to walk through our workflow concerns in detail. Appreciate the effort to make things right. Support experience could be improved for standard plan users, but the team is responsive once engaged.
