Dissatisfied; we’ve had the embarrassment of having to cancel orders due to items being out of stock. MyOnline Fashion Store needs to improve their inventory, or remove items that aren’t available.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Our goal is always to ensure inventory stays fully accurate and up to date. After reviewing your account, we noticed that the app was uninstalled and reinstalled several times with big gaps in between. During those inactive periods, inventory updates could not sync automatically, which may have caused some discrepancies when items sold out.
