I have used this app a few times for my website. I didn't understand how everything worked the first couple of times but Edmund is very fast to answer questions about the app, their services, and how their shipping works within the company. I love using this app. Everything from creating to understanding how the process is made between the customer the merchant and the vendor makes it very easy to understand. The help of section is very intuitive and questions are answered quickly.
