2nd update to your response. I never added that outfit into my store in 2023 it was not available so how in the world would not be in stock in 2025. I have all the screen shots with all ya'll lies. Ya'll just big liars and hate the truth be told. You making my business look bad so I'm going to expose the truth on your business so other's won't get same problem with their business. I'm actually looking for another company now to use. The Better Business Bureau is aware of it all. Update so people know I'm not lying nothing is wrong with uninstall or install. They just lie and can't keep up with supply and demand. From them: We apologize for the inconvenience, but the following item was unfortunately sold out: Tapestry contrast denim set-id.cc59867 M This is an extremely rare circumstance, and we try to keep these issues to a minimum as best as we can. Your invoice is always updated and emailed to you anytime that there is an issue with your order. Please make sure to check your spam/junk/promotion folders to ensure you do not miss our emails. We have refunded your account for the sold out item as well as the shipping cost for the entire order. This is to give you an opportunity, if you choose, to issue a refund of the shipping cost back to your customer. We also would like to offer your customer free shipping on their next order. You can do so by letting us know after placing your order, and we will gladly refund the shipping cost back to your account. I checked it there is no email there stating that and also Charlene told me it was shipped as well. It's okay I have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau about ya'll Why is it still showing in stock on my website and yours then? They will have your order sitting in creating shipping label for days. Then after that they cancel your order. Why are you continuing to havd clothes that are out of stock online. This is third time and I'm done with them. Also reporting them to Better Business Bureau. Come on all ya'll do is make business bad for me and lie about it. Response to your lying response Hello This does not sit right with me because why did you prepare a shipping label and tracking number? My customer waiting for this outfit for an event they needed for Friday. Then I have previous email from an order before that saying it was ya'll fault that items don't sync quickly enough to the website and apologizing. I was offered a coupon which never was received for my next order. I just keep getting stories after stories. I see another review stating the same situation. You can't pull the wolves over my eyes.

We do want to clarify something important: your app has been uninstalled and reinstalled nine different times over the past five years. Each uninstall completely disconnects your products from our live inventory system, which leaves outdated items on your store and can absolutely create inventory discrepancies once the app is reinstalled. This is not a reflection of supply issues — it’s a technical consequence of the repeated disconnects. Regarding the tracking number: a label is only generated when an order is being prepared. If movement doesn’t show right away, it means the carrier created the placeholder label — not that we canceled a shipped order. We also previously emailed the sold-out notice and refund details to [email protected] , and we’re happy to resend it for complete transparency. If you still want to use the free-shipping offer as a courtesy, just provide the replacement order number and we’ll apply it immediately. Dissatisfied; we’ve had the embarrassment of having to cancel orders due to items being out of stock. MyOnline Fashion Store needs to improve their inventory, or remove items that aren’t available.

During those inactive periods, inventory updates could not sync automatically, which may have caused some discrepancies when items sold out. This app used to work wonderfully for about two years. I'm not sure what happened but I kept getting an error page not found message for a few days. I thought that I could just uninstall and reinstall since my store was updated with the Shopify upgrades. Now I can't even download the app back to my store. I really enjoyed the quality of clothing but until this issue is corrected, I can only award one star.

I just canceled my subscription and the app I hope you delete my data and don't withdraw the monthly fee by mistake, otherwise I will dispute everything to PayPal and Shopify I worked a days for nothing and got no answers for all my disputes via chat and email Replay I am clear and notice that your subscription is left in my store alongside the shopify subscription to be paid later, the subscription is required after the 15-day trial period and therefore I had to subscribe to the subscription to start importing your products into shopify means the 15 dayes terial is finished , I worked for 15 hours and I managed to import only 20 single products without description with a single image with only one color , the button add to shopify works only once time , to solve the problem I have to reinstall the app to add a new product , also the unsubscribe button is corrupted In short, it takes a year to complete a store with ur magic app First you have to create a working app and test it before putting it to the public before you even ask for a payed subscription Your app isn't even worth it for free , Finally, I ask you to remove the payment left in my store I've wasted enough time already and I don't care to ask anyone for support Soo sorry

It is unfortunate you did not provide us the opportunity to respond to your inquiry and fix whatever issues you may have been having. If you have a pending transaction that has not yet been posted, please contact Shopify support as they handle all billing for our app, once they contact us we will authorize a void of that charge for you. Had this app for 2 years. I bought the $99 website and then the annual shopify plan, then they raised the price by nearly $100 for annual plan. Also noticed that many of the clothing items even at wholesale began to raise. Many customers are not willing to pay more than $40 for a sweater. Not worth it. Really disappointed.

Please note the annual plan has not been increased $100, it has only been increased $60 considering the benefits the annual plan offers, it is still a wonderful deal. - $120 membership savings over the year - $50 store credit for product purchases - 20% discount on all products throughout the year In regards to the wholesale prices, over the past year all manufacturers have raised prices due to inflation and supply chain issues. Unfortunately this is not something we have total control over. We will continue to work with our suppliers to provide the best possible merchandise at the most affordable price points.

I had this app for 2 months, and it has a pretty good selection that frequently updates. However, customer service isn't great. I didn't know I had to register for on their website to process my order. That takes 48-72 hours, which is reasonable. I would assume that once an order is placed on Shopify it would sync into the app but it didn't for me. When I reached out to customer service, I sent 3 emails and made 2 phone calls. I heard back 2 days later. Again, I assumed that was because I did not read carefully but recently I had a customer return an item, and it took 48 hours to process the return and 48+ hours to receive the label. It's unacceptable. (I still haven't received the return label and had to eat the cost so it's not worth it) As a brand, customer service is so important so I'm torn. I think the lack of customer service is why I would personally not recommend this app.

You may want to check your spam and junk folders, sometimes are emails do end up in those folders. We apologize if our response time for you was not satisfactory. As we are constantly trying to improve and cutting down the response time is definitely on top of our list. The FREE labels we provide for returns do actually take 1-2 business days to process. Your request for the free return label was approved on 08/13 which means you will have your return label the latest by 08/17 which is the 2nd business day. I signed up and still cant get products into my store I used their 14 day trial and and couldn't get products to upload to my account. I thought maybe I was needing to upgrade since it says that on their page. So I was then brought to another page where I was charged $126 and then SHOPIFY charged me $29.99 for their monthly service. I still do not have my account working. I have emailed several times. I was charged $126.00 AND Shopify charged me $29.99 as well. my account is telling me I need to upgrade in order to use the services. I had a 14 day trial and every time I tired to add a item it wouldn't add to my store. NO ONE IS HELPING ME . I am starting to think this is a fake company and im about to contact my bank. I believe I was over charged and didn’t need to pay $126 and was fine with the $29.99 and even then your site is NOT working. Someone needs to contact me Also I have called their customer support number and it just goes to voicemail. and their "live chat" is always offline. I AM PISSED over this. I will update if I hear from them but right now im about to call my bank and claim this as fraud and also report them to Shopify
