We have been in business for over 10 years and have fulfilled orders for thousands of customers. A company does not remain in business for that length of time by intentionally misleading its customers, and we take accusations of dishonesty seriously. Tracking numbers are often generated when an order enters the fulfillment process, and there can be a delay before the carrier completes its first physical scan. During that time, tracking may only show “label created,” even though the order is already being processed for shipment. We understand how important timely shipping and accurate fulfillment updates are for your business, especially when your own customer payments depend on those updates. We also acknowledge that communication and status updates should have been clearer, and we apologize for the frustration this caused. Our support team is available by email, phone, and live chat, and we are happy to review any outstanding orders directly and provide the most current status available.

To cancel your membership, simply delete the My Online Fashion Store app from your Shopify store. Removing the app will cancel the subscription associated with it.
