英語にはなりますが、カスタマーセンターの対応が迅速且つ丁寧です。 フリープランであるにもかかわらず親切丁寧な対応をしていただき、表示ができない問題もすぐに対応完了しました。 少し表示にラグがあることを除けば、優良で便利なアプリだと思います。

Letting our customers create a wishlist, or tag an item as a favorite is a way for them to help organize their choices, share their gift ideas, and be able to come back at a another time to continue to shop. This app had the best options for the cost, and customer service has always been top shelf.

The app is great. If you make any changes to your theme, though, you can lose the Add to Wishlist button, which can cause some panic. However, I reached out to the support team through the app, and within a half hour, the button was back. Great service!

I personally try to use Hulkapps for all clients across industries in shopify. They just make these little additions like wishlists and surveys so much easier. Plus everything is so user friendly, and it saves me hours on the hardcoding it'd take to do. 10/10 will always use and support their apps/products.
Our goal is to provide you with the best Shopify experience, save your time, and make your life easier. Your support means a lot to us and it pushes us forward to do great things.

I used this app for my customers to create a wishlist, this app was easy to install and is user friendly, my customer's had a request and I emailed customer service and they made it happen. Would recommend :)

If your store uses Variants (which most do), do NOT bother with this app. It does NOT put the correct variant onto the wishlist. instead it puts some default that shopify picked. So the wishlist is incorrect. Creates problems for customer support. And there support is SLOWWWWWWW. It took weeks for them to reply to my question about this problem. Then when I got a reply, they said it was an issue and they would put it on the list to fix. But I doubt they will since my developer already had contacted them about the issue and to my developer they said it would not be added. Don't waste your time with this app. Sorry Hulk apps, but you really should not have released this product with this huge problem.
Hi Paul, Product Manager of HulkApps here. First of all, I looked through your support history and at times you had received replies that lacked empathy - my sincere apologies for that. I also agree that our app lacked finesse few years ago, but I can proudly say that this app has grown immensely ever since. Your review has been critical in our success as we were able to overcome this obstacle and now the Advanced Wishlist app allows adding exact variants on shoppers Wishlist.
