Kickflip product configurators

We are using this app since few days now. We tried a lots of apps to offer options in an easy and beautiful way for our customers and this is by far the best app for us, easy to use, lots of possibilities for options, clean design. We want to thanks Cindy from helpdesk and the developers team for helping us to integrate some code for the cart. The great customer service we received, also decide us to rate this app 5 stars. What a great addition for our business to have access to this app. Once we worked out how to setup the files and process through the workflow it's been fantastic to begin to offer our customers the ability to customise their orders. Support from Jackie during our introductory video call was great and she was able to help answer some of our outstanding queries. Early days for us using thew app and can't wait to see the feedback from our customers who will use it on our store. By far the most amazing customizer app you'll find on the Shopify app store. So easy to set up and the functionalities including logic rules and layers give you the freedom to create a customizer even for a complex product. The team is so easy to get in touch with and very responsive and eager to help out. Haven't faced any significant problem with the app aside from a few lags here and there given the complexity of our product. But amazing experience overall! Will surely recommend this app to friends and fellow entrepreneurs. Kudos to the Kickflip team! Keep up the great work!

By far, and I mean it, the best customizer available on Shopify. Don't look for other apps, they don't even come close to it. Easy to understand and handle, it gives options for all types of products and works very well (as well as being beautiful with a quality aspect) Special thanks to Jackie and the support that has been available at all times even with my thousands of questions! Great app! Easy to learn. Clean interface. Very intuitive in my opinion. I would recommend if you have basic graphic software skills in order to separate the artwork of your product into the pieces you want to customize. There is a learning curve but in the end I think it is very worth it for the end result.

I compared every product customizer out there and Kickflip was the best option for design, features, price and dashboard UI. When I came up against some issues with how my customizer was appearing on mobile, their support crew was quick to provide solutions. I'm beyond happy with the way everything turned out!

We were looking for an uncomplicated configurator tool that is quick and easy to set up, offers many design options in terms of appearance and works absolutely reliably with short loading times. We looked at and tested all the configurators on the market and with Kickflip we found exactly what we needed. We have been using the app for some time now and we are still heavily enthusiastic about it. The configurator we wanted to build and have built is large with many options and very complicated in its dependencies and cross-relationships - with Kickflip thanks to a very well functioning and super simple "programming" tool no problem and very easy to use. Everything has been easy and understandable for us non-programmers to set up and for the few uncertainties we had on our way to the finished configurator, we have received probably the best and fastest customer service both via chat and video call that you can imagine and wish for. A brilliant app, we look forward to seeing how it develops in the future. The changes made to the app since our launch with Kickflip have all been very good and helpful and we felt we could also initiate improvements by providing comments and feedback. Kickflip est une excellente solution qui s'intègre parfaitement à Shopify. Souple et réactive, j'ai pu l'intégrer facilement et créer mon produit personnalisé avec de nombreux paramètres (styles, couleurs, dimensions, prix...). Son rendu est excellent et permet une très jolie mise en scène de mes produits. De plus, le support commercial parle très bien le français puisqu'ils sont installés au Quebec. Je recommande chaudement !

I've been using this app and many app's have horrible support, not this one. They are very quick to respond and will setup a video call if necessary. They go the extra mile and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this app.

Previously we ran our customs business using a form where customers could submit a request, our team of designers would create a mockup of the custom and then then it would be sent back to the customer. There was a lot of wasted time (and by extension money) creating designs for customers who would never respond or were just curious to see what it would look like and not really interested in purchasing. Kickflip has been a gamechanger for us. Although it isn't able to spit out final products, our customers can now get a feel for what they want and what works before even submitting it to our team. We then take that design, finesse it a bit, and send it back for final approval. Turnaround times are so much quicker and easier, and having a customer-designed mockup of the product instead of descriptions and color choices has made the actual product creation much easier.
