De app kan soms een beetje onduidelijk zijn maar gelukkig zijn de My Parcel Supporters heel behulpzaam en leggen alles goed uit en reageren snel! Bedankt Barry!

The app works just fine, but I am a bit frustrated with the fact that in the .xls containing all the information about invoiced shipments, all the surcharges, discounts and shipment prices are placed in the same column. This is a hard to read and thus it is hard to understand exactly what you are billed for each shipment.
