Navidium is a must for a small business, especially when shipping delicate items. We switched from another big name and should have started with these guys from the get go. It makes sense that we control the fees and retain costs unlike the other similar apps to which they keep all of the fees. We now handle our claims internally to which allows us to provide a more personal touch that our customers appreciate.

Simply put Navidum shipping has hands down improved value for my customers and our bottom line. The revenue generated from it covers or marine transit insurance and any excess we need to pay when we have a claim and there’s some left over for us in the end. One of our sunk costs is now a revenue stream.

Great company. Left Route to go with Navidium. Why let another company make all the revenue of fees charged when we're doing all the work. I like the Navidium model of letting me keep all the revenue. We have very little issues with shipping but when it does the revenue we have made more than easily covers replacing any orders on our own. Their team is fast if you need assistance with install or if any problems arise.

This is possibly the best app I have on my shop. Installation was easy and it works seamlessly on my website. It puts us in a much better position to help our customers with lost packages without having to file complicated claims or deal with a third party.
