Make sure you talk to Marc! He's been a great help with getting everything squared away. Even went above and beyond and saw a problem that was affecting our store and said that his team would fix it (even though it was not of his doing). He's been a pretty big help so far and his app is pretty easy to use and they make the integration for you! Thank you Marc!!!

We've had the app for a few months now and we've been very pleased with the Navidium app - it was easy to get installed and we're definitely seeing a nice revenue stream from it. I'd say it was an easy way to increase our revenue by 1-2%. The support from the app team has been excellent.

Had the app for a while now. We charge 2% and have a little over 70% acceptance rate. A few little bug in the software but they seem eager to fix them. While the service fee is kind of high for this program, it pays for itself in about 2 days for us. It really makes it much easier for us and our customers when a shipping issue should occur. I'd say this is a win for everyone. I only found this after FedEx ground lost one of our largest shipments ever, and then declined the claim. (Never let them take a package without scanning it!!) UPDATE: June 21, 23 - The developer continues to improve their app and am happy to report that is works even better now. Very pleased and I think our customers are happy too. UPS recently lost a $700 shipment, but they failed to scan it, so left us holding the bill. (never let a shipping company tack anything without scanning!)Thanks UPS, but our customer had paid for the shipping protection, and it was an easy decision to replace the order for our customer thanks to this app. Income from the app makes it easy to make these decisions and keep our customers happy. Highly recommended!

Been using the app for the last four months and it's great! Easy to install works seamlessly on all three of our sites! If we have any questions, the Navidium team is quick to respond and help out!

Such a game-changer! Not only is Navidium profitable for us but extremely helpful to our Customer Service procedures in keeping track of shipping claims and any potential repeat offenders. The installation process was a breeze and the team is beyond helpful. Definitely recommend downloading Navidium for your store!

speedy, personalized assistance and the app does what it is mean to do! only suggestion for developers would be to add the option of setting a minimum insurance amount that is applied, and then do a percentage-based amount for orders over X amount.

This app is amazing and soooo much better than ROUTE which takes all the money. Customer service is fantastic and the creator really wants to help you make money and improve your store. I'm so glad I have this app, it's helped immensely considering I sell collectables and gives my customers a piece of mind. Highly recommended!

Navidium shipping protection is amazing. Super easy to use and great customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about Navidium, it was already something we offered to our customers (guaranteed delivery), but this app has been able to allow us to be more friendly with that situation and make great money for my company. Best app i have on shopify.

Navidium is way better than the Route app which was not user friendly and not effective. Navidium has great customer service! It’s completely worth it!

An absolute MUST for any Shopify store owner! This is a MUST DOWNLOAD. App has allowed us to kick all the other parasite shipping insurance companies to the curb and pocket our own profits. Support is the best that it gets. We are so grateful for this app and Navidium! THANK YOU!

Edit: I was wrong. Their team quickly contacted me concerning my negative review and was eager to solve my issue with a custom solution. The team was quick to solve the aforementioned issue within 2 days. Im looking forward to further work with Navidium and further functionalities. The app has its advantages. The analytics could need some improvement. The support isnt really responsive but friendly. The major disadvantage is that this app doesnt integrate with Gtranslate at all which we have to heavily rely on. Unfortunately Navidium can’t be translated since its section is written inside JavaScript. The gtranslate system can only translate texts if the structure and texts are written inside JSON objects.

We are still new but recently switched over from another provider due to some pain points I'm sure other merchants have experienced. So far the Navidium team has been great in getting Navidium installed quickly and being responsive to any issues that arise. It's nice that you can create claims and reshipments right in the portal and easily keep track that way. Not only that, but the fees don't go to a third party which helps the merchant recoup the cost of lost packages and sending reshipments. This also allows you to handle any customer order issues directly instead of sending them to a third party which creates a more streamlined customer experience. Navidium cuts out the middle man and allows the merchant to create a better experience for the customer!
