I have been using Navidium for about a year now. I like it and it has helped keep more of the money in my pocket. A game changer. I used the other guys (Rou**) and they made all the money and actually denied some of my claims. Glad I am using Navidium. It is the way to go.
5++ Stars -Navidium has been a blessing to our small business, we switched from "the other guys" and wish we had done it sooner. We now have better control over claims and our customers appreciate talking to the company they purchased from, instead of a random company that knows nothing about leather. Navidium has allowed us to provide excellent customer service to our clients during a stressful event. Thanks Navidium....you are the best!!!!
Great product. Great service. Marc always does a great job communicating what he and his team are up to in terms of all the different ways they support merchants.
Navidium Shipping Protection has worked well for our small business. I only wish it didn't show up as a product as most people do 'opt in' it will generally be in your top three with no way to filter it out of an actual store product vs shipping protection.
From the beginning, our experience has been completely positive. Claims are filed swiftly and our customers are highly satisfied with our resolution turnaround. There are other features within the app that we're also utilizing, however, our main goal was to process claims and not keep splitting the money with Route. We're glad we made the move to Navidium!
Great app. We previously used a competing insurance app which was good, but mathematically was becoming an added cost per order. This is probably because we have very low incidence rates as we use anti-fraud apps to cancel any suspicious looking orders. Therefore, with a combination of strong anti-fraud software, tracked/signed shipping to further deter any potential scammers, and Navidium, we can basically make added revenue on ±65% of our orders as this is roughly the % of customers who add shipping protection to their basket. I hope Navidium can go from strength to strength and launch a superior anti-fraud system to their offering as then it will be my 1 stop shop and I'll save even more money. No reason to not add this to your website.
I am so glad I made the switch from Route to Navidium for my package protection needs, and it has been a truly transformative experience. After using Navidium for approximately a year, I can confidently say that it outshines its competitors in every aspect. When I initially opted for Route, I believed it would safeguard our packages effectively. However, as time went on, I realized that Route was capturing a significant portion of our revenue. Moreover, when unfortunate incidents occurred, their customer service was lackluster and often resulted in refunds for the insurance fees paid. Dissatisfied with this state of affairs, I decided to explore alternatives and discovered Navidium. The transition to Navidium has been nothing short of a game-changer. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and top-notch service has won me over completely. In particular, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark during a live chat session, and his commitment and hard work were evident. He exemplified the qualities of a passionate professional who genuinely cares about his customers.
Very easy to use and implement - and a way better experience for our customers for us to manage the protection process instead of solely relying on a 3rd party whether it be an app or courier.
Has been very set and forget and produced a nice stream of additional income. Installation went well.

Customer service is top notch and personal. I was having some issues after installing this. The founder reached out to me personally, reviewed my store and took care of all the glitches. I am happy to do business with Navidium. It gives me back the control over my customer's claims process and increases revenue with the upsell. Route won't be robbing me anymore. Navidium is new tech, so if you are having any issues, do reach out to them, they will get them resolved for you.
A much better Route alternative. Our business would have earned $18,000 last year if we had switched to Navidium sooner. Their support is excellent as well. Thanks!
Route was BANKING off us and I really wanted a way to offer my own package replacements. I'm very happy Navidium made that happen for me. They installed it for me and now I keep my profits. We've handled 2 claims ourselves, but brought it in way more than necessary to cover those - That's pure profit, folks!
I would recommend this app if you would like to offer customers the option to purchase shipping protection. The customer service is awesome. I look forward to future apps
This app is a game changer and I STRONGLY encourage every business to try it for at least 1 month. This is a win, win for your business and your customers. Wish I could leave 5 more stars :)
We've been a customer since July 2022... so about 6 months of use. It has significantly reduced the question of who to send a replacement order to when it is lost, damaged, or stolen... has given a pool of funds to cover the customers that use this service... and has helped us resend to the customer without question. We do ask for returned damaged goods, images, and if stolen, that a police report be filed (which is done over the phone anymore for a number) Having Navidium has been a great choice when it comes to apps. It seems expensive, but I recommend trying it for 3 months to see if this is right for your company, it certainly was for ours.
I'm SO glad we switched to Navidium from the other shipping protection app we were using that kept all the revenue our store was generating. Since then we have seen a 44% conversion rate for Navidium and our customers are happier than ever with the improved problem resolution we are now able to offer. The customer support from Navidium has been fantastic. The look and feel of the widget feels very well implemented into our checkout and theme as well. Big shoutout to Marc from Navidium as well. Super down to earth, friendly and resourceful in all things e-commerce related. If you don't have Navidium installed on your store, you're missing out!
We love the Navidium app - we have used other shipping protection apps and this one is by far the best. We wanted a simple app that lets us protect ourselves and our customers without having to deal with the carriers, as we all know is impossible. We really wanted an app that allows us to protect ourselves, easily track claims, and still give great customer service, we didn't want an app that would rip off our customers and we did not want an app to use solely as a revenue driver, this app does just that and we can easily control how much we charge for it. The team has also been great, and the app is easy to use, no complaints and this app far outweighs the other options! :)
