After 6 months of using Navidium, it has proven to be a money generator for us. It is a welcome relief to finally have this base covered.
We've been running this shipping protection app for a more than a year now. It's been great. We tried a couple other shipping protection apps in the past. I love how with Navidium I can support our customers rather than sending them to try to have a claim handled by someone else who really doesn't care about them. We can easily take care of shipping issues for customers who take advantage of the protection. The app works great and if there's ever a glitch (as there can be in all apps) the developers are quick to fix it. The only complaint I have is with myself. I've been so used to not having a dashboard for shipping protection, I forget to use the Navidium dashboard and still use a spreadsheet. I will get there and the dashboard looks handy!
Having switched over from Route, this app works flawlessly and the integration into the site was extremely smooth! Definitely recommend for any retailers looking to give customers added assurance during checkout for their delivery.
Great app! but it's screwing with our pixel by Duping conversions! Waiting to hear from the dev with a fix. Make sure you check your events to make sure this is not happening to you if you're advertising on FB. 2/21/23 Update: Ok so after a few weeks of digging under the hood of our Pixel set up with CAPI we noticed after doing some research that: You should NOT have the FB Pixel both on the Preference page under online store set up as this creates the duplication of conversion events. Test it out and i suggest adding it to the FAQ on the app so others look into that and see if it helps them if they come across that issue.

The BEST shipping protection app! We previously used route and felt like we were getting robbed. We switched to navidium and it helps us generate extra revenue but helps our customers feel more confident during the checkout process. They are always so responsive and willing to help! Highly recommend this app!
This app has been fantastic. One $50K in pure profit since implementing this year. Side note, customer service has been amazing too.
We love this app. Makes it easy for our customers to sign up for shipping protection and if we get a request to refund a package that was lost or damaged we do it. But as the occurrence is so low it allows us to keep the extra revenue for the protection and in the rare occasion something gets lost, we just pay from that extra revenue stream. This is the best way to handle shipping protection. We are so happy we found this app and replaced our old shipping protection solution. We save a lot and our customers are happier to!
Fantastic customer support. Easy to set up and customize. Very affordable/accessible option for collecting insurance for customers without paying a 3rd party.

Make sure you talk to Marc! He's been a great help with getting everything squared away. Even went above and beyond and saw a problem that was affecting our store and said that his team would fix it (even though it was not of his doing). He's been a pretty big help so far and his app is pretty easy to use and they make the integration for you! Thank you Marc!!!
We've had the app for a few months now and we've been very pleased with the Navidium app - it was easy to get installed and we're definitely seeing a nice revenue stream from it. I'd say it was an easy way to increase our revenue by 1-2%. The support from the app team has been excellent.
Had the app for a while now. We charge 2% and have a little over 70% acceptance rate. A few little bug in the software but they seem eager to fix them. While the service fee is kind of high for this program, it pays for itself in about 2 days for us. It really makes it much easier for us and our customers when a shipping issue should occur. I'd say this is a win for everyone. I only found this after FedEx ground lost one of our largest shipments ever, and then declined the claim. (Never let them take a package without scanning it!!) UPDATE: June 21, 23 - The developer continues to improve their app and am happy to report that is works even better now. Very pleased and I think our customers are happy too. UPS recently lost a $700 shipment, but they failed to scan it, so left us holding the bill. (never let a shipping company tack anything without scanning!)Thanks UPS, but our customer had paid for the shipping protection, and it was an easy decision to replace the order for our customer thanks to this app. Income from the app makes it easy to make these decisions and keep our customers happy. Highly recommended!
Been using the app for the last four months and it's great! Easy to install works seamlessly on all three of our sites! If we have any questions, the Navidium team is quick to respond and help out!
Such a game-changer! Not only is Navidium profitable for us but extremely helpful to our Customer Service procedures in keeping track of shipping claims and any potential repeat offenders. speedy, personalized assistance and the app does what it is mean to do! only suggestion for developers would be to add the option of setting a minimum insurance amount that is applied, and then do a percentage-based amount for orders over X amount.
