Very straightforward app and the Navidium team handled installation the next day. Didn't have to do anything except set our preferences. Highly recommend, especially if you're deciding between other shipping protection options. Navidium made the most sense for us–no bs, very accommodating, and transparent.

This app is an absolute no brainer. DAY 1 we made an extra $700 from this app. Today we'll do close to $1k extra. The UI looks amazing, and it adds authenticity/professionalism to your store in my opinion. Our take rate is about 70% which is extremely high. This app is basically free money. I've added it to all 4 of my stores, and sent it to all of my colleagues.

Navidium is such an awesome alternative to all the scammy shipping insurance apps. With this app we've been able to give our customers peace of mind as well as simplify the process when the rare occasion happens when a package needs to be resent to someone due to incorrect delivery or theft. The owner Marc is so helpful and goes way beyond to help with anything you need. I've recommended this to other store owners and everyone loves it!

This app practically gives you free money. Support is great, very responsive. Our opt-in rate is about 50%, so we're earning a few extra $ on every order.

Customer service has been great! This has been the best business decision I’ve made in 2021. Postal services has been denying almost all of my claims, I got tired of it & decided to download this app. 5 stars for sure! loving this app!

Navidium shipping protection is a must have app for all your shipping claim issues. It ‘seamless design, ease of use and practical approach makes this app unique. Now I have funds to cover any shipping cost such as damage, stolen or lost; as you all know is out of our control as sellers but our customers want their product so you can’t blame them for getting upset when they don’t get it or it is damage. Customers are happy to pay a reasonable amount for this protection which you have full control of what you will charge the customer and the customer can easily chose to opt-in right in the shopping cart! As a result, we are free to deal with each issue individually keeping our new and loyal customers very happy. As for support, Marc is excellent when it comes to support which is VERY critical to us as a growing business. There were a few issues that Marc dealt with immediately with a great attitude of support and some fun too! Thanks again Marc for creating this app. Looking forward to working with you as we continue to move forward in a positive path for everyone! WIN! WIN!

From the start I could tell the team behind this app weren't new to this game. They quickly installed and set up the app for us, and it literally took us maybe a day or two before the monthly app fees were covered just from shipping insurance fees we collected. App runs butter smooth, doesn't add any lag (which can not be said for some of the comparable apps), and support is quick to reply to any question. However nothing is as satisfying as opening the dashboard each day to see the growth revenue and seeing how I'm able to both satisfy our customers and still recover some of my insane shipping costs at the same time. This is an absolute must to any shopify store big or small. If you sell products and ship them, download it and have them set it up for you. You will not regret it. Excited to try order bumps!!!
