We've been using it for the past half year. When an app does what it says without issues, it saves a lot of time and money, which is precisely what this app does. Initially installed it quickly and smoothly without encountering any issues and it has been running flawlessly ever since. This app brings our current and new customers peace of mind when it comes to shipping. It more than covers for the packages lost or damaged by the carrier and there is still a lot of recovered revenue at the end of each month. It is by far a much better alternative than carrier insurance as we can provide much faster coverage than the traditional insurance services which makes you and your customer wait weeks for a payout. There is really nothing else out there that does something similar. If you're tired of dealing with typical carrier insurance costs, delays and service, try this. We consistently get a 60%-80% usage rate and end up only having to pay out less than half of what we collect. It is one of those rare win-win apps.

I used Route for a while then switched to Navidium. It's the best thing I ever did. It's an absolute no brainer. Route provided very little help and in fact it was a pain to have them handle shipping issues and our customers didn't like it either. Better to handle on your end and provide a better experience and make more margin in the process. 5 stars.

One of the best apps we have for our website! Super easy, handy, and helps both us and our customers being able to manage replacements ourselves. We've used other shipping protection apps before and they just didn't work for our needs. Thank you Navidium team for all you do!

I highly recommend this app because it's best for both parties in a transaction. The business is covered, and the customer isn't waiting an outrageous 30+ days for resolution of their lost/stolen/damaged goods. I used other protection apps and they did nothing but enrage customers with how long it would take to resolve cases, which is stressful for the store and customers.

I've been using Navidium Shipping Protection for over a year, and I would say hands down, it's one of the best decisions I've made. We are living in trying times as small business owners. Margins are thin and market share is dwindling as more sellers come online. Reducing my risk against theft, fraud, damage, etc. is important to me. Leveling the "risk" playing field and sharing this expense with my customers is the single best way I've found to create a better user experience and sense of peace at an affordable price for all. When a customer opts into Navidium protection, what they are really buying is CONFIDENCE that ANY issues with their orders will be handled expeditiously and professionally. The revenue I gain with Navidium allows me, as a small business owner, to offer a better customer journey by upleveling their post purchase experience. Navidium helps make this affordable.

Navidium works great and the support has been quick and efficient. More than offsets the cost of having a no questions asked guarantee on our shipments.

I'm so glad I found Navidium! I switched from Route to them over a year ago and it's the best decision I made. Not only is it easy to setup and the service is spot on, the process of customer service with my clients is much easier. They don't need to go through another company for service if their parcel is damaged, missing, etc. They deal directly with my company and the added human touch is a plus. Thank you for creating this for us business owners!

Have been using this app for a short while (around 2-3 months) but am very happy with it compared to some other "options".... their support is good, the product itself is great and our customers have liked having the option. Glad I found this and will be continuing to use this and leverage this app for the foreseeable future.

so happy we switched to navidium. it's so easy to use and has allowed us to handle claim in house which makes it so much faster and offers a better customer journey. nowadays there are so many stolen packages, and normally its the brand that has to cover this loss, not anymore! the additional income stream is also not to be overlooked, this has really helped us cover unexpected shipping fees and allow us to cover any claim without worrying about losing money on an order. highly recommend navidium, thank you for bringing control back to the brands! i would give it more than 5 stars if i could!

Highly recommend it rather than using something like Route. A lot easier to use, and the customer service team is extremely helpful and very responsive.

This is a real app developed by people who understand and appreciate the retailer. We used to use Route for a brief period which was a waste of our valuable dollars. Route keeps all monies made plus they charge you a fortune on top of that. A total joke. Navidium provides an affordable logical solution to insurance where YOU the retailer get to keep the money you make off of each order and then allocate funds as needed when you have a claim. The people behind this company are incredible and CARE about your and our experience. Highly recommend!

I wish i knew about this app earlier! I found this app through a friend and It has helped saved us quite a bit of money right from the start. The team was great and accommodating to install the app on all of our stores and supported it throughout multiple themes. If we ever had a bug or problem, they would be right on top of it and take care of things. They went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful for this wonderful app they have created! We switched from Route... Why pay another company tons of money and redirect our customers to their app/team? It was a broken experience and one we found that route was not accepting claims and leaving customers with a bad taste in their mouth. Navidium put the entire experience back into our hands with a better experience for our customers and for us to recover costs and sometimes more when a shipment goes wrong or is stolen. I would 100% suggest companies go this route for the customer experience alone, and the benefit of a managing your own claims and not having a company your paying a ton of money too to simply decline them.

I would highly recommend the app. The one issue is that it overrides upsells in the cart drawer if you're using Rebuy, but I think it's worth it to have the Navidium app over the Rebuy upsell depending on what you sell.

We honestly don't review apps (and we utilizes over 40 in our Shopify store), because most don't work as promised, but I will take the time to review this app. We are continually impressed not only by this app's performance, but also their customer service. When it came to set-up, they were with us every step of the way, answering questions quickly and efficiently. Their support team has complete knowledge of their product, but more importantly, they have knowledge of running a business on Shopify, which is rare. Often times, when we deal with apps' customer service teams, they know programming, but can't fully understand our business needs because they haven't run a business. This app gives us, and more importantly our customers, peace of mind and confidence purchasing with us, while also generating extra revenue to cover any shipping issues. We highly recommend.
