Love this app! Incredible, friendly, personalized support that provides fast and easy installation. Zero friction on install!! We were in business with Navidium very quickly and the app has a super simple dashboard to track metrics we want to see, plus a tool to track and report on claims. The claim feature has replaced an internal (Google sheet) that we'd used, for an easy, centralized place to measure claims (and no we don't have that many, but they're all in one easy-to-find place!) If you're on the fence, get the app.

Our company went through multiple different shipping protection companies and never really got what we wanted until we found Navidium. All the others complicate the process to get help when a package is lost or stolen that we end up having to refund the customer anyway. No need to file police reports or any of that back and forth because Navidium puts the power and control in your hands to create quick and immediate solutions for the customer. We are obsessed with Navidium and recommend the service to everyone we can!

Amazing app. Does what it supposed to do and actually supports and helps ecom owners, unfortunately that cannot be said from another app that we used prior. Thanks guys

The concept of this app is great to begin with. We had an issue with this app that prevented mobile checkout. After expressing my concerns and uninstalling the application, a co-founder reached out to me explaining the customer service situation and offering to work us through the issue. We are reinstalling the app and giving it another go. When the owners of something care enough to take ownership of a problem, we are always willing to work through issues.

I would have given this app 10 stars if that was possible! The creators of this app are genius. We were using a different shipping protection app but they didn't have great customer service for us on the back end, or for our customers who had issues with lost/damaged packages. Navidium puts the control of how our customers issues get handled BUT simplifies it with this perfect app. We can now help our customers have an easy time making a claim and having the funds to refund instantly or send a new package. Also they're super fast at adding the app to our theme for us whenever we've had to change our theme! Exceptional customer service and all around couldn't be happier. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

We used Route and they tried to bully us into staying with them after we changed. Navidium is a much more beneficial solution for us. We process tens of thousands of orders every year but were only getting about 10 claims per year through Route, and they would deny 2-3 of them and piss off the customer! We would end up replacing them at our expense anyway to keep the customer happy. With Navidium, we still get the process automated, but we realize a significant chunk of money above and beyond and replacement costs. Highly recommend.

This application is truly remarkable in every aspect. It has provided us with an additional source of income for our store while simultaneously offering an extra layer of security for our customers to ensure their orders. It's a win-win situation for all involved. I also commend Navidium for standing up against Route and fully supporting Navidium in the court battle to preserve the ability of small businesses to thrive based on their beliefs and freedom. Their idea is fantastic, and I highly recommend this app to any small business on any merchant platform.

Simple to use. Good Options. You evaluate your own business model and offer insurance to your customer based on your business needs. For example, evaluate your own business model such as: * Do you have a high chance that your items will break? * What kind of value is your products like, high or low value? * low or high fraud risk, and etc. You should try and see it yourself.

Navidium is a no-brainer. Before switching to Navidium we tried a couple different order protection tools and while they all did the job they were expected to do, the app providers were the ones reaping nearly all the benefit. 99%+ of our customers receive their order without issue, which means our former order protection apps were raking it in from our customers, our site, and our paid efforts. Navidium's service is incredible, affordable, and lets us as the brand benefit most from their app. Very pleased!

We said BYE to Route months ago and haven't looked back since. Route was not processing claims properly, denying claims that were simple shipping damage leaving us in the end out of pocket. A few friends in business recommended Navidium and it has been amazing and has allowed us to control our own claims and work directly with our customers which has been a win/win. So if you're on the fence of leaving Route (especially after their insane price increase of rates) seriously do it, you won't regret it! I know I sure haven't regretted it :)

Great app, works as promised and our customers love the peace of mind that shipping protection brings. Most important is that we are the ones providing the protection and neither ourselves or our customers have to contact or negotiate with a 3rd party to file a claim.

Ohhhh buddy...I feel at home when I read through some of these other reviews talking about other merchants who switched from other shipping protection services (I won't name names but...*cough cough* Route *cough*). We used this other company for probably just about a year before we switched over to Navidium because they kept trying to nickel and dime us. But more than anything, they pushed and pushed for us to make their shipping protection automatically set to "opt-out" only meaning customers would automatically be paying extra $$ unless otherwise specified. They also wouldn't let us adjust the amount that was charged for protection. Since we sell high-priced products already and have a really unique culture, we didn't want that because we didn't want people to feel like they were being overcharged. This other company kept harping on us -- and to sweeten the deal, they finally said that they were going to start charging us for their "marketing" features, which we didn't need or use. Enter: Naviduium. The cost was hard to swallow at first since we are on Shopify Plus and would have to go from paying $0 with our current company to $100 with Navidium. THAT BEING SAID: Looking back, it was an absolute no-brainer to make the switch. Every month, we bring in enough revenue for shipping protection to cover the cost of the subscription, PLUS have $1000+ leftover to cover issues with shipping. To sweeten the deal a little more, I am not constantly pressured to adjust my settings and contacted by "sales bros" to give them more of our money. The ironic thing is that since we have more capability to tweak the settings and set our own protection rates, we are actually "opt-out" now and haven't heard any complaints about it from our customers. Sorry, not sorry "other company". I consider myself a loyal subscriber to Navidium and we will likely use them for the foreseeable future, especially since they keep coming out with new updates and features that are really awesome. Keep up the good work fellas!
