The app also gives our customers a seamless experience, allowing them to file claims and contact customer support through one place. Unlike Route, which required our customers to use their dashboard. Overall, we are happy with Navidium and highly recommend it for any Shopify store.

At first I was skeptical of what Navidium claimed so we gave it a try. I was quickly turned into a believer. Other apps have tried to solicit me since and their pricing was really attractive, but now I see exactly why because they stand to collect so much in revenues for their bottom line. Why not let those revenues flow directly to us as the merchant. I've also been very impressed with their customer service. I had a few small kinks and they helped me to work them out and I now have Navidium on all of my sites and won't look back.

Navidium Shipping Protection is a great app and so much better than Route, in my opinion. It puts the power back into the seller's hands to provide customers with excellent service and 100% claim approval. With Route, our claim approval was under 25% with many mad customers. Route is not a good service; Navidium is fantastic.
