Great app for the small business. No third parties needed to manage insurance process. The Navidium team was very quick helping to install an app. I highly recommend it to every Shopify store owner.

Look no further! Our store just need a way to add “shipping insurance” without the bloat of other services. Between this and the other guys, Navidium lets us have full control! Yes, control over what needs insurance and the billed rate and even control over each claim!

Can't say enough great things about the app or the team behind it. If you're looking for shipping protection this is the only app you should consider! Why give all your money to another company for shipping protection when you can easily manage it all internally? And why rely on another company that can choose deny a claim even though the customer paid for the protection? Navidium creates a better experience for your customer happiness and makes the most sense for your bottom line. Don't even think twice if you're considering a protection app!

Navidium Shipping Protection is a great app and so much better than Route, in my opinion. It puts the power back into the seller's hands to provide customers with excellent service and 100% claim approval. With Route, our claim approval was under 25% with many mad customers. Route is not a good service; Navidium is fantastic.

Super easy and allows you to customize the name of your shipping protection as well as color and icon. Also love it because it allows us to handle our own claims. With Route, customers would email us first anyway, so it was a hassle directing them to another service. With Navidium we can just handle it.

Navidium has been absolutely amazing! The customer support team is extremely responsive and extremely helpful (will typically have a response within the hour). My store had been using Route for the longest time. Route determines what they will cover, and makes the claims process very difficult. I found it hilarious that Route collects all money from your customers, and then will refuse reimbursement for certain orders. With Navidium I am in complete control of reimbursing customers and it makes everything so much easier. If you are on the fence between Route and Navidium, your choice should be Navidium and it’s not even close.

Customer service is top notch. With Navidium, businesses control their own shipping protection service which is great for customer service. No other business to rely on to make sure you have happy customers.

I originally signed up with Route Shipping protection and then realised I barely ever needed to actually use the service as the majority of orders arrive with no issue. Seeing Route take all my extra revenue directly out of my business bank account hurt my soul. Thankfully, I discovered Navidium and the rest is history! We've made an extra $16.5k since December and have had to dip into maybe 1% of that to replace lost/ missing orders. So that's an extra $16k in our pocket, not in Routes. The best thing is it's a completely a passive upsell that I don't even have to monitor, so it literally generates free money for our business. 70% of our customers opt in for Navidium Shipping Protection. Can't recommend Navidium enough and knowing that Route are being so shady towards them shows me they're rattled and makes me want Navidium to succeed even more! Also - the set up team are super speedy and integrated us within the day. They also update super fast every time we change theme. Go Navidium!

Awesome app, gives our business control over when and how we refund our customers WITHOUT relying on third parties to manage the process. Fits well into our customer service workflow. Had an absolutely horrendous experience (multiple times!) with Route and through a google search found out about Navidium. I’m so thankful you exist and when problem arise I can be my own customer service support in the broken, damaged, or lost package department!

We have used Navidium for over a now and I like that it allows us to completely control the claims process. The app is easy to use and we have another source of income.
