MS Dist review for Robust NetSuite Integrator

We've been using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app for a few months now and I'm really pleased with it. There's a lot of configuration to ensure that it behaves exactly how you'd like it to. We've managed to work this into our normal NetSuite workflow for inventory, pricing, fulfilment and invoicing. Our ops team treat a Shopify order exactly as they would any other order and having the inventory and pricing synced from NetSuite means there's a single source of truth. We had a few teething issues at first but a huge thanks to the support team. They are absolutely great. The chat is very responsive, during office hours we typically get a response within a few minutes. Outside of those hours we always get a response via email the next day. Requests via chat are followed up via email ensuring resolution of tickets. We migrated from a bespoke ecom store and for context we were up and running from a fresh Shopify store to processing orders in production within 2 weeks. I was a little concerned about the price at first (we're currently on the Max plan), however the ease of use and support more than justifies the cost. We're actually planning on upgrading the the Enterprise plan shortly. Thanks again to the team!
