*** UPDATE AS OF MAY 9, 2025 *** TRASH TRASH TRASH. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience the last 6 weeks. Bug after bug found. Promise after promise completely foiled. With every fix implemented comes another handful of problematic scenarios and it is exhausting to watch over the connector each day hoping and praying not another issue arises. Today was my breaking point. After weeks of going back and forth with intermittently skipped orders, duplicate orders, and now orders just sitting in their order log for no reason with no mechanism to trigger them to come into NS, I'm done. Absolutely done. Shame on the development team to make this mess for their clients. It is obvious they make direct and impactful changes in their production code base which, if you understand how software engineering works, is terrifying for any competent customer to use. *************************************** Shivam is very helpful, and we have transitioned from Celigo due to internal issues there and we are happy we made the move. If you feel Celigo is too expensive and/or hard to deal with, give these guys a shot. I don't think you will be upset about your choice! :)
