As a beginner to Dropshipping (in 1st week), I have found this app to be amazing. Very user friendly & the learning guides provided have been really helpful so far. I was very nervous getting started but having an app this good has helped reduce the stress of getting started. Thank you!

I've been a DSZ customer for many years, and only using the DSZ app for 6 months. Overall is ia good experience, simple to use and fits my needs and purpose. The app automatically reduces stock QTY to 0 if QTY reaches a certain threshold, I'd like this setting to have "1,2,3,4" options. It would be helpful if it has additional filter options like the DSZ website does, such as the ability to filter AU Free Shipping - non direct import. Overall, good and easy app to use.

This is a fantastic Application. The support is amazing, and even though the process was a bit tricky to set up on my Shopify store, the support team were there for me every step of the way. The combination of a solid Shopify Application, plus backend "Real People" support, make this the #1 shopify app for me selling products in Australia.

I have been using Dropshipzone for a few months now. Very impressed by the promptness with which the team respond to any questions and are willing to go beyond the normal. I find it easy to add products, update pricing and make any other changes. They have an extensive range of products and are constantly updating the specials. I have been using this app now for 9 months and have seen some great improvements over this time along with a lot of new products being added constantly. Our dedicated team manger Novia has been great in not only answering my questions but sending information and ideas my way. The app works seamlessly, shipping is very prompt and their couriers are very helpful the few times I have had to follow up on shipping during the busy months. Products are easily uploaded and any price increases are automatically synced to my store. You do have to be realistic about profit margins, but considering your not holding stock, not despatching orders it is rewarding for your input and this app makes light work of it.

This app does not sync with shopify i have had to update products one by one?? And then i get an email saying there IT has found i am selling under the price when it should auto update??

For the product update information can be updated via “Product Price Update” tab and there will be a check box that able to select which SKUs you want to select before updating it together Regarding the pricing, we have a scheduled price review, and it is strongly recommended to subscribe and keeping an eye of our price review notification. The reason our team asked for a price update is that our IT found the cost on your store may not be up to date so that you may need to update the price on Sofortig –“Product Price Update”/”Special Price Update” to avoid loss caused by price discrepancy. It is Client responsibility to keep selling prices correct on Shopify store website. I have used this app for the last 6 months and with the amount of SKU's we have it certainly makes life much easier, the new fulfilment function is also awesome too. There are a few things we would like to see in the future if possible such as; Being able to push a price/margin update to all the products yourself if you decide to change the margin rather than having to do manually one at a time. Also to be able to have the choice to bring over the shipping costs table on the bulky goods into the description. All in all we love it!

The app has so far been fault free for us. We would like to see some enhancements such as the pricing rules without any restrictions (more competitive pricing would be nice!), product images with clear backgrounds (transparent png type), Products with 'Extra Shipping' cost to have the shipping cost shown on the product, currently have to go back to website to check the extra shipping cost, would be nice to see it in the App itself. Service and Support from the team is very good and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the app.

For some reason Sofortig does not update my inventory, even though they are connected to Shopify and have an app. Instead, I get a CSV file emailed to me every day - which is NOT made in the Shopify approved .csv format, so it is completely useless. I have to manually change my stock quantities every single day! The stock on hand on their .csv file does not match the stock on hand on their website, which shows 2 different stock levels depending on where you are on their site at the time. Also, I cannot find Sofortig as an option in my Shopify shipping settings, so I have had to create a separate supplier profile, which makes it more difficult & time consuming. But my biggest problem is this one: I sent them an email last week to ask why many of their 'wholesale' products I have imported cost me almost DOUBLE than that of retail prices offered to the public from Officeworks and Harvey Norman. And why they quote the RRP as being up to 3 times higher than retail actually is. They haven't responded after 3 days. So if I don't get a reply & an explanation soon I will publish the prices here. I have also made a formal complaint to Shopify.

The app is useless. It cannot link my existing products which I have already imported using CSV. On top, it is confusing to use. I'd rather stay and use my macros to update stock and data rather than relying on this app. Also there is 0 support from the developer. Sent them a couple of mails but no response. Oh and did you know that Dropshipzone sells their own products on ebay and other marketplaces way below the cost price they give to the dropshippers. I wished they could play fair!

In ease of merging reseller existing product to Sofortig, we are now developing a new function in Sofortig and hope to resolve your problem accurately. So far so good, It works fine when you a import a few items , slows down and causing browser crash while importing large list . Its lacking few important features like search products with free shipping , shipping charges , product attribute search like 'bulky or heavy item' Inventory updates (stock quantity) Hoping that the new features will be added by the developers soon . Thanks for this app , saves 100s of hours of working with CSV and XSL files
