I would give them negative Infinity Stars. This is the worst company out there. They even force you to agree to the terms that you dont have the opportunity to even read they give you just one option to accept the T&C buy just giving some high level summary of changes and there is a cross to decline but that doesnot work at all and you cannot move ahead until you AGREE to this unethical company. Disgusting.

We faced repeated issues with shipments getting stuck in RTO, and the way this was handled is honestly unacceptable. When we raised a ticket, we were told that nothing could be done for now because the delivery team’s TAT is around **45 days just to provide an update**. After waiting for over a month, we randomly received a message saying the shipment had been returned to our warehouse. But when we checked, **no such product was ever received**. When we reopened the ticket and reported this, we were given a ridiculous response — that we should have raised the issue within **24 hours of their email**. So let me get this straight: the delivery team can take 45 days just to respond, but the seller — the one actually affected — gets only a 24-hour window to raise a concern? That makes absolutely no sense. This is a **major red flag**. The lack of accountability and the completely unreasonable policies make it very difficult to trust this service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this aggregator to look for alternatives that actually operate with some basic level of logic and fairness.

All the disputes are not acceptable as i have given the dimensions and weight correctly, also they no chance or way for this big difference, all the disputes are raised after many days after delivery, i want proof and refund.. until that good bye for your worst service. E commerce owners never use nimbus post--- full scam , no proper reply, resolution, worst support team.

We’ve been using NimbusPost since Sept ’25, and honestly the main reason we’ve stayed is our account manager, Sakshi Tripathi. Logistics always has daily issues… stuck shipments, RTO risks, follow-ups. Earlier this used to take a lot of our time. Sakshi actually takes ownership, is always available, calls back with updates, and does strict AWB follow-ups. We’ve seen a clear drop in RTOs because of this. We’ve tried Shiprocket and Delhivery before, but NimbusPost has worked better for us mainly because of the account management. Highly recommended.

Nimbuspost is very Big Scam in India. They will raise weight discrepancy for Amazon and hold your amount.This is the only platform in india that raise weight discrepancy for Amazon. Also ,they will hold your money saying weight discrepancy is coming in future. Extremely disappointed with NimbusPost’s customer service. As a seller shipping ~150 parcels DAILY, I have been trying to reach my sales manager Hrithik for the last 7 days and he is simply not answering my calls. No one from the team is responding or giving me any solution. This level of negligence is unacceptable and is directly affecting my business. Pathetic service! They hold your COD payment without any valid reason and then disappear — no replies, no support, nothing. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Be very careful before trusting them.
