Extremely disappointing services. Almost all shipments faced challenges and support team does not help at all. It became full time job just to follow up with them, and they'll never revert on the actions they take. Pickups, deliveries, weight mismatches, all became nightmare with this team.

Other than their tech part of the app, NimbusPost and Shiprocket happen to be the worst in the shipping aggregator business. They don't give a damn about any of your complaints. Their only response to all issue is that the issue is not from their end but the courier partner. Isn't this what this app supposed to help with when they are the SHIPPING AGGREGATOR? Let me share the most recent experiences I have had with them. 1. Nearly 6-7 packages were shipped out via COD and Prepaid. Two weeks after shipping them out, customers reached out saying they never received the package, while few of them reached out for exchange that's when we realized the tracking has been updated to Canceled by Ecom or Nimbus (we don't know) but the issue araised when the customers who complained who never received their package, so we sent them another package. Now in this scenario, customers ended up paying twice for the COD because of which we had to refund their money and since COD was marked canceled on Nimbus post we never received money for that either. A lot of such scams happen that impact small business, especially when we are new and trying build customer's trust. 2. Also, never choose ECOM Express or Xpressbess from Nimbus, they provide the worst service again. A shipment I sent out on July 5th has been on hold for 18+ days and the customer is frustrated, when reaching out to Nimbuspost their only reply is that they can't help since the problem is with Ecom! They then suggested they will initiate a RTO and refund the shipping and RTO cost, only for them to go back on their words yet again and not keep up their words. Again in this scenario I had to re-ship the product bare all the losses and also, lose a potential customer. 3. When you sign up they provide a person as a "dedicated customer support person" for "60 days". But when issue arises and you complain, immediately they will mention the 60 days are up (Kudos to their math calculation that they don't even know 29 days doesn't equal 2 months) and they want you to reach out to common customer service. And special mention to the worst customer service representative Simran her phone number ends with 388. If she ends up being your representative you will never get any update or resolution, all she replies is that it is not Nimbus post issue and that your 60-day support is already over. If these are the issues I have faced in less than 60 days I wonder how can any business rely on such services for a longer duration of our business. So have multiple options while shipping out for your small business. Don't get scammed like me. I am again in search of a better shipping aggregator.

don't go with this app, worst experience after 2 months i received weight discrepancies No use of raising the weight disputes. There employees don't even check and close in courier favor charged me 20 thousands loss

Worst App. No Support, Have to Provide Voice recordings for all the parcels to reattmept the delivery. All the shipping partners Fake Attempt the delivery and marks rto. They do not respond and takes side of delivery partners only. Lost to much of money and uninstalled the app.

Do not deal with Nimbus post ever, These guys are fraud and cheats will not accept weight dispute even if you provide correct images for audit. every time the case will go in favour of Courier company only. We will keep getting same response no matter what you try to do. Have had enough.

first of all, support system is very very bad and weight issue bahot hota hai, agar apka product ka weight under 500 gram hai to order RTO or delivered ho jane k bad weight issue aata hai aur voh bhi 2000-2500 gram slab me, please do something nimbuspost team.

Beware of this fraudulent company. I strongly advise all eCommerce friends to steer clear. They engage in deceitful practices, falsely charging for weight discrepancies and rejecting valid evidence of weight and dimensions.

do hell with this delivery service froud cancelling order without any valid reasons and charging huge amount of money in the name of weight despute 350gms thins they r mentioning 2500 gms and delivery rate of order is more than 15 days while i called then sayin sorry sir sorry sir i delivered 29 order out of which only 8 deliver and with extra weight dont use this app for business they r the worst at their service

What a terrible service. They initially display low shipping rates but end up charging 2 times the quoted amount citing weight discrepancies. Small business owners should avoid using their services at all costs. For genuine reviews, check out their Google

Such a pathetic service. First they show low shipping rates and then they will charge triple of that amount on the name of weight discrepancies. Do not ever use their service guys if you are a small business owner. They will make in too much loss that you cant even restart again. If you want real reviews go and read Google reviews.

Hi all I would like to inform you that Nimbus post is not provide good service there is lots of poltics in entire team to each one please do not trust them there is very bad delivery service 50% RTO is confirmed any how and Max to max they will give 45% to 50% delivery. One of the wrost courier service ever please do not trust if you want 48% delivery then you can join nimbus post. # Nimbus Post is fraud charging double freight by creating weight dispute they are charging 200g packet in 1000g and not accepting any proof. # Now days nimbus has started a new scam once you will place the order and ship from theirs portal. Your order details will be shared with your competitor they will call your customer and offer new price or whatever they do. When your parcel will deliver to customer. Customer will deny to take saying anything even if she ordered 2 days back because of same city its delivered within 48hrs. # they are makeing fake attempt and fake OTP verification commit that is very disappointing.

Initially they will help you but after shipping some orders or spending 2 months they will start harassing and stealing your COD amount. They will charge you for weight discrepancy even if it is 2 months old parcel. They are not honest. They will trap you from where you will loose lots of money and you can't do anything because its COD and amount is in their hand. 1. Shadofax and express bees both are doing scam they will delay the parcel so that customer deny to take if customer still wants the parcel their executive inform them shipping company will not give you refund. Don't chase us for refund after that customer will deny to take and they will double charge you for rto and then raise the weight discrepancy also. 2. Now days nimbus has started a new scam once you will place the order and ship from theirs portal. Your order details will be shared with your competitor they will call your customer and offer new price or whatever they do. When your parcel will deliver to customer. Customer will deny to take saying anything even if she ordered 2 days back because of same city its delivered within 48hrs. 3. You can't close the account because of your amount in wallet, their more than after remittance policy and RTO parcel which haven't received at your hub yet.s 4. For fake attempt they would not do anything even if you shared the recording and all other required proof they will charge you for rto + give weight discripancy. ** We have recording for every case mentioned here you can ask for the recording and analyze customer voice and behavior while confirmation of order and voice during out of delivery call. Thank you.

this app is fraud charging double frieght by crerating discrpency dispute they are farud they are charging 150 gm in 1 kg slab they are earning by charing doubles on there customers
