Extremely disappointed with NimbusPost’s customer service. As a seller shipping ~150 parcels DAILY, I have been trying to reach my sales manager Hrithik for the last 7 days and he is simply not answering my calls. No one from the team is responding or giving me any solution. This level of negligence is unacceptable and is directly affecting my business. If this is how NimbusPost treats its sellers, it raises serious questions about your commitment to customers. Tag nimbus post
