Absolutely horrible experience. I strongly warn every online seller to stay away from this company. Their customer support is clearly trained to avoid giving claims. When my parcel was lost in transit, instead of helping, they kept asking for endless proofs. Every time I submitted what they asked, they demanded something new. If all documents were provided, they would say it’s “not clear.” If I sent a video, they would say it’s “shaky.” If I asked to send it on WhatsApp for better clarity, they refused and forced everything through email. Even after giving every single proof, they started asking for the delivery person’s number. The moment I shared it, they simply marked the ticket as “resolved” — without resolving anything! Their entire strategy seems to be delaying customers until the claim deadline passes, and then closing the case saying “time has crossed.” This is completely unethical. I have lost ₹5,000 because of their irresponsible and manipulative process. This is not just bad service — this feels like a scam. Online business owners, please be very careful before trusting them.
