Better mock up and product viewing needed (zooming). Also ease of multiple selection of item with graphic variation for a T-shirt. For example same graphic, but needs adjusting on different color shirts. App not easy to figure out.
Justyn from Ninja POD, helped us out a great deal, one of our customers ordered the incorrect size on a shiurt and also input the incorrect address. Justyn took care of it within minutes after talking, corrected the size and the address. Cant say enough about this kind of customer service.
I’m deleting this app from my store. I paid for an order, waited three weeks, and then they cancelled my order without any notice or communication. That is unacceptable, especially when you’re running a business and depending on orders to be fulfilled on time. If there was an issue, I should have been contacted before the order was cancelled. The lack of communication caused delays and made the whole experience frustrating. I would not recommend using this app if you need reliable fulfillment and proper customer support.
I apologize for your negative experience using Ninja POD. The most recent order we have for you was canceled due to a lack of response to an issue we had with you order. Since we did not get a response for nearly 2 weeks, we were forced to cancel the order since we could not proceed.
Just started using them. Great experience so far.
