I had quite the ordeal with connecting my bank to Ninja. However, Justyn in support was able to figure out my error in entering the information; thereby eliminating days of frustration and some tears on my part. Stellar work Justyn
I was able to get help when I needed it by chatting with Justyn, it was quick and easy
The remove background tool works the best in my experience. The printing is high quality and have had no returns due to bad images so far. Customer service has been great and understands the fickle nature of some customers and will go out of their way to help newbies in the space.
Justyn was AMAZING!! I lost my artwork and he was able to retrieve it from Ninja Printhouse! He went above and beyond! The customer service is excellent!!
