I was notified by ninja POD that they have recently began providing a system that tracks inventory within a connected Shopify store. The system was supposed to mark all products at 9999 until they reach 20 units and then it should state the actual quantity until sold out. Then they were to be marked sold out automatically by Ninja POD . This is an odd system, but better than nothing. So after I enabled tracking in the system all of the inventory numbers in my products and their variants were not marked 9999 or 1 through 20 or sold out. The numbers all varied in the thousands and hundreds of thousands. There were shirts that I had created that were stated as in stock in my Shopify store but when I looked in the NInja POD catalog were not even there anymore. I contacted support last week on three separate occasions and have not even received a response. The inventory tracking system does not work properly. I don't feel as though this organization has it all together. Very disappointed in both your app performance and customer service:-(

Absolutley the worst POD. Have to constantly reach out to ship stuff weeks later. what they promise and what that actually do is not even close.

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with our app. Looking into your orders, you need to request fulfillment for us to receive the orders to fulfill. Please enable automatic fulfillment for your orders or request fulfillment manually to get the orders into our system.

Update# I did send a email across to the support team with the screenshot issues (simple things that are 100% restricting Ninja Pods growth for others based outside the US) I did get told by email "the Ninja POD app is available and works globally, including in Australia". I do want to do have a POD setup with Ninja for my US customers as I have done sample tests to testers and got told it was good. Cheers Brad

***Update 2.0 - we have fixed the GEO block and all users selling in the US and Canada have access to our app! **Update - I apologize for the misinformation. We are working on removing the GEO block and my team says it should be this week. I will be sure to reach out as soon as it is fixed. Thank you for your feedback. first 2 orders (out of 4 so not a ton) came with defects. as a new shop, and one that is required to reconcile our files every month, we are getting charges from them, with no invoices or receipts attached, or available through them or shopify, as shopify doesnt show anything being charged. if you care about your books, or confirming you are being charged the accurate amount, then I'd stay away. We are a non profit, making spirit wear for a school, and they've been horrible to work with
