I was not happy with customer service I experience. Agents acted as if they did not want to assist. The add I saw and information given on the ai bot of company site said i could up load a mock up to show how I wanted design. But was told that was not true. It showed metallic designs but was told they do not do the metallic its matte. I am very unhappy

While customers are welcome to upload their own ready-to-print artwork, we do not provide custom design services or create designs on behalf of customers. Our free design studio is intended for basic layout and placement adjustments and is not a full graphic design program. Our support team’s goal was to explain these limitations as clearly as possible. Regarding materials, we currently offer DTF printing, which produces a matte finish and does not support metallic effects. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product does not match expectations, and we apologize if this was not communicated clearly enough upfront.
