What really tells you who you are dealing with is how a company responds when something does not go perfectly — and Ninja Print on Demand, especially Victoria Caceres, went above and beyond to make everything right. I had some quality-control issues with a sample order, and from the moment Victoria became involved, the level of communication, accountability, and personal attention was outstanding. She took the time to understand every concern, worked through each issue with me, and made sure nothing was rushed or overlooked. What impressed me most was that Victoria did not simply fix the problems that originated on their end. She also caught design and artwork issues that were actually my own mistakes — things I had overlooked myself — and brought them to my attention before they went back into production. She helped me correct artwork, sizing, placement, resolution, and print-readiness, reviewed proofs with me, offered her professional input, and made sure everything was right before moving forward. The communication was incredible. Over the course of just a couple of days, we exchanged dozens of emails while working through every detail. Victoria was consistently prompt, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. I never felt like I was being brushed off or handed a generic customer-service response. There was an open line of communication the entire time, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared about getting the final product right. That kind of service is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Any company can look good when everything goes perfectly. What impressed me about Ninja POD was their willingness to acknowledge when something was a little off, take responsibility for it, and then go the extra mile to make sure it was corrected properly. There is no question that if Ninja POD continues to treat its customers with this level of importance, and if they keep people like Victoria on their team, they will no doubt become the leader in the POD industry. Victoria completely changed my experience with the company. What began as a frustrating situation ended with me feeling confident enough to continue working with Ninja because of the way I was treated. I cannot recommend Ninja Print on Demand highly enough for their willingness to stand behind their work and make things right, and I especially want to recognize Victoria for the exceptional level of service she provided. She is an incredible asset to the company. Thank you, Victoria, for everything you did to help get this back on track. It truly did not go unnoticed. NinjaPOD has made it much easier to add custom products to our Shopify store without having to worry about inventory or fulfillment. The setup is straightforward, and the Product Studio is simple to use when creating designs and mockups. I also like the variety of apparel, bags, hats, and other products available, which gives us plenty of options to test new designs. The order and fulfillment process is convenient since NinjaPOD handles the printing, packing, and shipping directly to customers. Overall, it’s a solid print-on-demand solution for Shopify merchants who want to expand their product catalog without adding a lot of operational complexity.

NinjaPOD has been a really convenient solution for adding print-on-demand products to our Shopify store. Awesome app. We've only got one shirt so far, a branded one for customers to get as a thank you with big orders or reviews, but it's been smooth as heck. No complaints from us and we've even got some 5 stars on the shirt itself.

The remove background tool works the best in my experience. The printing is high quality and have had no returns due to bad images so far. Customer service has been great and understands the fickle nature of some customers and will go out of their way to help newbies in the space.

This app is Awesome! Everything about it makes sense for a new business owner or someone who wants to make Passive Income! Justyn was a big help walking me through the process! Can't wait to start making and selling apparel.

Better mock up and product viewing needed (zooming). Also ease of multiple selection of item with graphic variation for a T-shirt. For example same graphic, but needs adjusting on different color shirts. App not easy to figure out.

Justyn from Ninja POD, helped us out a great deal, one of our customers ordered the incorrect size on a shiurt and also input the incorrect address. Justyn took care of it within minutes after talking, corrected the size and the address. Cant say enough about this kind of customer service.

I’m deleting this app from my store. I paid for an order, waited three weeks, and then they cancelled my order without any notice or communication. That is unacceptable, especially when you’re running a business and depending on orders to be fulfilled on time. If there was an issue, I should have been contacted before the order was cancelled. The lack of communication caused delays and made the whole experience frustrating. I would not recommend using this app if you need reliable fulfillment and proper customer support.

Just downloaded this app after using Printify an Printful for years. Some things I like: It's Super easy to publish to your Shopify Store. One Button! Each Step is very user friendly, and I was able to set it up quickly. The catalogue is huge! Lots coming soon too. It has options to view the product on Shopify, unpublish, edit, save as template, duplicate and archive, all on the same page as the product editing page. Instead of separate pages. They also tell you up front what the inventory looks like, as opposed to red text after you've published a product. Things I DON'T love, that could use some updates: Editing the Profit margins is very complicated to locate. You have to select all the products and click a small "bulk edit" button. It caused some Minor Frustration. I'm not finding an option to edit colors separately. You also have to select the colors before proceeding to the edit page (you can add or subtract more later) You're only allowed 6 colors (It Makes sense in a way, but I like being able to offer all colors with specific designs for lights and darks under one product listing). The Pre-listed description of products, doesn't list enough detail, or add any ad language. I have to go in and edit each description to add details and sales language. Whereas, the others already have something loaded that I can make minor edits to. I'm not seeing any AOP products, or items you can edit multiple sides. It looks like mostly traditional logo placements. Lastly, I had to give it 4 stars for the over-use of AI. The actors in the ads are AI, and a lot of the shop function is also AI powered. As a store that is catering to artists, it's a bit in poor taste not to hire them for their marketing. I am disappointed in that aspect of this company. Overall, I'm going to see how a few items do, and order some samples. The prices honestly seem pretty comparable to Printify, but they do have some less expensive options of products that are spendy otherwise.

I have been needing shirts completed for a school event and Justyne has been helping me with very question I have. She is polite, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I definitely recommend NinjaPod to anyone needing POD!
