A must have for any ecommerce team looking to deliver highly targeted, personalised content to their audience segments and improve CRO & UX, as well as key business metrics like CR & AOV. A whole host of features available - we are only just beginning to scratch the surface. Our account manager has been excellent, we have monthly calls where she has made suggestions that have added real value to our business. Insights allow you to test and track data right within the dashboard. Some of the elements can be technical to handle, but with the level of support we receive is not an issue. Would highly recommend Nosto for dynamic content, upselling, personalization & CRO.

Nosto has been a game-changing invaluable tool for our e-commerce business. By using product recommendations on our homepage based on customers' previous behaviors, we instantly doubled the conversions of that element. We also added often purchased with and trending products to product pages, which also doubled the success of those elements that were previously static products that we selected. By making the product recommendation blocks dynamic throughout the site it has helped us offer customers the custom experience they deserve. We've also worked with NOSTO and their incredible account management and development team to make some custom popups and banners based on customer segmentation - by doing so we are able to treat new customers and returning customers differently, again really making our site customer first. I could not recommend this app and team enough!

Do not sign up with the app. It is not worth the money. The worst part is that you sign a year contract ( something that I should have looked over more throughly) and they force you to keep the expensive contract even when the services do not help your business and you want to terminate the contract.

We have been so happy with our decision to onboard NOSTO! We are having great success with this tool and the NOSTO Team in general. There is an A/B testing module included that is beyond comprehensive and intelligent. It makes optimizing super simple with very clear results and auto enablement of the winning element.

I can't begin to tell you how excited I was when I saw all the personalization options that Nosto would be able to provide for us. Onboarding was a snap, and the team has been one of my favorites to work with. We started seeing the tool pay for itself right away. I can't recommend them enough!

This team has been great in getting recommendations up live on the site. The whole team, Donna, Laura, and Adam have been a pleasure to work with. I would say from deciding to partner with them to having their product live on site was very quick turn around, because they helped with the lift in styling and integration. I am excited to really build out our experience with their other features, and some of the products on their Roadmap are incredibly important to us (merchandising collections via recommendations is huge). They have continued to be incredibly responsive with our teams in making sure we have the features reaquired.

After having used a few personalization solutions out there, Nosto is clearly far and away the most powerful and easy to manage personalization platform for Shopify, hands down. I don't need to rely on developers for anything, our social media marketing has been totally revolutionized with personalization to the point where we're seeing a higher ROAS than ever before -- Nosto paid for itself several times over in the first month and continues to perform amazingly for us. Honestly at this point if you're not using a few key Shopify apps like Nosto, Klaviyo, Klarna, etc. you're messing up and leaving money on the table.

We're using Nosto to recommend products to our customers that they'd probably miss. The app contributes to the sales volume every day (from day one) so it seems to be a very useful addition to our shop's features. Looking forward to try the email and popup features as well. The customer support is excellent! Beyond their well designed templates we wanted to customise recommendations further and with their help we've been able to get quick results! Great job guys!

If you are looking to increase you onsite engagement and conversions then Nosto is the tool to use. It has a great tool set that provides everything from popups to triggered emails to on site personalisation. Nosto provide great functionalities and the tool is easy to use so you are able to get the most from it. Would highly recommend!

Nosto has brought instant, measurable value to our store. The recommendations are top notch and allow us to offer them to our customers and site visitors in a robust, rock-solid fashion. We are using the recommendations in our Facebook retargeting as well and have been quite pleased with the performance there too. They make setup a breeze and the user interface is really intuitive. A big win all the way around for us.

Avoid like the plague. The recommendations are trash, it doesn't even relate. If you have a very popular product or a few products in your website, then, that item automatically will become the " always bought together" product.... duh, despite the item really does not relate to the item at all. And their contract, another nightmare. despite it clearly says 14 days to leave, nope, they won't honor it. Will force you to use their very overpriced non-working logic. avoid.
