It has a great tool set that provides everything from popups to triggered emails to on site personalisation. Nosto provide great functionalities and the tool is easy to use so you are able to get the most from it. Would highly recommend!

Nosto has brought instant, measurable value to our store. The recommendations are top notch and allow us to offer them to our customers and site visitors in a robust, rock-solid fashion. We are using the recommendations in our Facebook retargeting as well and have been quite pleased with the performance there too. They make setup a breeze and the user interface is really intuitive. A big win all the way around for us.

Avoid like the plague. The recommendations are trash, it doesn't even relate. If you have a very popular product or a few products in your website, then, that item automatically will become the " always bought together" product.... duh, despite the item really does not relate to the item at all. And their contract, another nightmare. despite it clearly says 14 days to leave, nope, they won't honor it. Will force you to use their very overpriced non-working logic. avoid.

No brainer. The built in Shopify product recommendations on products pages are counter-intuitive and terribly limited. Something we knew for a long time but didn't have time to address. Particularly if you drive traffic through AdWords, you likely noticed the recommended products on the product landing page pull from a top level "newest products" category that will deliver irrelevant results for many customers. Nosto's integration was seamless and instantly started delivering meaningful results to customers on day 1. Their pricing model makes it very low risk and their analytics provide unique insights we didn't have before. Seeing 5-10% CTR's on their recommendations show that customers were needing some help with related suggestions. Support and service has been excellent and we are now testing additional components of their platform.

Based on what I have read its great for FB marketing. But its not clear until after I installed it that its only using Retargeting Techniques and nothing else. Now deinstalled it.

It has been a nice app to have. I have been using it for over 6 months now. Pop up coupons have worked well for my store giving good returns. Would like more ease, versatility & flexibility in creating facebook & instagram ads. Did try the facebook ads a couple of times but there were no sales from them. Emails have not brought any sales either. They should make the email templates more engaging and better.

I love the Nosto App because it truly makes integrating product recs into your site so easy and seamless. The admin settings within their app allows you to literally turn on and off product recs with the click of a button. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking to show additional products on product pages. I also love how well the Nosto App works on mobile devices and how quickly it loads on each page.

Good app - definitely contributes to increased sales. Found some of the analytics hard to find in the dashboard (under 'settings'). Also a bit of work to cut the data to get the exact info we want from it. Support team are incredibly responsive and really help to push performance. All in all a very good solution to cross-selling - v. minimal management, just let it run.

We've been using Nosto for 2 months now, and we love the app. Key benefits/observations: 1) Instituted product recommendations and saw immediate lift (~10%) in AOV and sales conversion. 2) Customizable recommendation logic to cater to different situations and needs (e.g., cart page - can show what ppl who bought the item within your cart also bought, product page - upsell related products, only recommend products w specific tag/filter) 3) Nosto's analytics offer insight into health of sales funnel and helped us to identify other areas of our shop that needed work (e.g., abandoned cart rate was high, so we instituted guest checkout, greatly improving conversion). 4) Strong support team that is proactive in helping us get the most out of Nosto. They are also active in building additional functionality (e.g., recently launched personalized pop ups/emails) vs. pure maintenance. 5) Clean UI and friendly UX Overall: a well built app, supported by active/competent team, that delivers hard dollar results.

This may be the best app for Shopify. 1) Functional. As best as we can tell, it does it's job, making our website more user-friendly and increasing average order size. 2) Good bang for your buck. We have been satisfied with our return given the monthly costs. 3) Great customer service and support website. These folks respond quickly, and their support page actually predicts what you are looking for. I am just thoroughly impressed.
