App works great so far and they offer the Pro version for free for non-profits. Appreciate the prompt customer support and easy setup.

The support has fallen off a cliff. The in-app chat says “We reply immediately”, but I messaged (and emailed) them 4 days ago and still not had a response. When it works, the app works. But setting up new rules often requires help from them. So, without good support, the app really starts to lose it's value.
Hey Tom, really sorry about that! We were away for a few days and forgot to turn off the chat — totally our bad. We're back now and ready to help with anything you need. Again apologies for not being able to solve your issue on time.

Support has been great. They helped me setup a notification in Slack whenever an instore pickup order comes in based on a tag. Super convenient, easy way to give my team the fast alert on instore pickup order. Thanks for the great support, much appreciated.

Had a bit of trouble getting it set up but the teams was nothing but helpful, you'd be surprised how many apps don't show tags and notes! The ability to speak directly to a dev for custom settings is so nice, and the price is just too good! Highly recommend
