The support has fallen off a cliff. The in-app chat says “We reply immediately”, but I messaged (and emailed) them 4 days ago and still not had a response. When it works, the app works. But setting up new rules often requires help from them. So, without good support, the app really starts to lose it's value.

Hey Tom, really sorry about that! We were away for a few days and forgot to turn off the chat — totally our bad. We're back now and ready to help with anything you need. Again apologies for not being able to solve your issue on time.
