The combined listing feature does everything we need it for with our website! Also the support team is really great, every time we point out a potential issue or bug they respond accordingly and provide resolutions within a very quick response window. Thanks for all the help!

The app works well for visual variant splitting on collection pages, and the support team is responsive and genuinely trying to improve the product. That said, it’s important to highlight a structural limitation. Variant Split is purely visual. Shopify filters operate at product level, not variant level, so when a product matches a filter via one variant, the app still renders all variant tiles unless Variant Split is disabled. The team is actively working on a workaround (disabling Variant Split when filters are applied), which helps prevent incorrect filtering results. However, this also leads to an inconsistent UX, as the collection grid behaves differently with and without filters, and the filtered color is not always visually reflected. To be fair, the team does make an effort to develop and improve the app, but progress can be quite slow. I’ve been facing this issue for several days, and it’s still not fully resolved. Overall, the app is useful for basic variant visualization, but it’s not ideal for stores that require strict, color-accurate filtering on collection pages.

Initially got great help, but then my product images stopped showing and after a few emails with support, I felt like they weren't going to help. Edit: Regarding their reply below → The NS team reached out a month later on Thanksgiving weekend. I removed another star from my rating because this is poor timing regardless of the circumstance. It's also somewhat suspicious timing since most stores are either on vacation or slammed with BFCM.
