I wanted to leave a quick review regarding customer support and the help I received setting up image variants. The support team was extremely responsive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What could have easily turned into a frustrating situation was handled quickly and professionally, and they made sure everything was working correctly before closing the issue. It’s refreshing to work with a company that actually takes the time to help small businesses instead of sending generic responses. NS Variant Images customer support is very knowledgable and quick! Ran into some issues configuring the app with my store and they were able to fix it within a day

I tried applying it to the Origin theme using the video tutorial on YouTube. I activated it, but the second step doesn't work at all. When I click on "configure swatch and style colors," it doesn't work. It's broken.

very confusing to use and not user-friendly, and support was not helpful at all.
Very cordial and quick conflict resolution. Helped solve all and any issues in enabling app, even for complex themes. A powerful member to add to any team. A very sincere and productive conversation over a week making sure our store is best optimized using their app. Highly recommended.

NICE APP BUT IT SHOULD BE FREE
Great customer support! They helped me with getting some theme issues worked out. This was the only app I could find that displayed the color swatches on product pages the way I wanted with a strike through for out of stock colors plus linking automatically to Shopify variant images. Great app.
The combined listing feature does everything we need it for with our website! Also the support team is really great, every time we point out a potential issue or bug they respond accordingly and provide resolutions within a very quick response window. Thanks for all the help!
